Chris’ Coffee has great customer service. They are responsive to questions, and they have answers. I love that I can reach out when my Quick Mill is giving me problems, get an answer, and then order some parts to fix the issue. Definitely recommend!

Always great service from Chris’s Coffee, you really can’t find any better.

I have bought several machines from Chris’ coffee and have found their responsiveness to various issues and questions to be extremely helpful. I have had several problems with the machines that the repair department helped me solve and replacement parts are easy to order. My first machine, an Anita, lasted 16 years, and when repair got too elaborate I handed it off to a plumber. My current machine is a double boiler unit, and if you love lattes, it is so worth it!
