I upgraded from a La Pavoni lever machine which I have used for 10+ years to make 2 daily espresso shots. It took me 3 shots to dial in and now I can consistently make espresso shots that beat the best shots I have had at high end shops. The quality of construction of this machine is very high. All sheet metal is thick and highly polished. The portafilter is very heavy. The switches are very robust. Wiring and internal plumbing looks good. I’m so glad I bought this machine rather than a computerized one with fancy electronics. Temperature surfing is a breeze. Don’t believe the online pundits who insist that a PID is essential. Simplicity beats complexity over time! The packaging, both factory and the outer box supplied by Chris Coffee, was well padded.

Service was very good, as usual. I wanted a "rebuild kit" for an E61 Group Head, but they don't have a rebuild kit listed on their website, so I had to ask them for individual part numbers. Parts were good quality and fit properly. I asked for instructions on how to rebuild the group head, having not done so before, but did not receive any.
