Great quality, easy to assemble, and prompt delivery

We are overall very happy with our new couch. We got the Delaney corner sectional. The color and material are excellent. Our package was missing the legs to one of the pieces, but the customer service was very responsive and shipped us the missing pieces within a week. Each piece was easy to assemble individually but it was a little difficult to connect the pieces with only two people.

I am over the moon with two purchases made recently from Chita! My Elvin leather recliner & ottoman are beautiful - soft, exquisite leather in a beautiful green. The chair is so well made and extremely comfortable. I know it will only become more attractive as it creates its own unique patina over the years! I am so glad I ordered the Natalie side table to go with it, as it complements the chair perfectly. This table is so unusual in design, and a work of art. Each ceramic top is unique, and I love mine, such beautiful veining. The metal base is so unusual and attractive. This was my first time, but it won't be my last, ordering from Chita. Both products exceeded my expectations. Delivery (great packaging and sturdy boxes), and customer service were excellent
