Delivery and assembly were easy.

This is our second purchase from Chita for our nurseries, and I’m more impressed the second time around, even though I love our first chair! This chair is so comfortable. The adjustable neck and lumbar support is a huge standout. The fabric and construction of the chair is high quality. I really like how the arms are slanted. I would definitely recommend this chair to new parents (or anyone looking for a cozy new seat) as well as any Chita products!

Live in Iowa and delivery was fast(48 hrs). Was easy to put together but is heavy and need 2 people to move--very solid chair and like it very much. All functions work correctly but wish the controls were a little more towards the front of the chair. Very comfortable for me-5' 7" and I give it 5 stars. Ken w

This is the most comfortable chair that I've sat in. I am 34 weeks pregnant and we received this as a gift for our nursery and I could not be more grateful to have this chair to support us through the feedings and long nights. 10/10 recommend

These chairs look absolutely stunning! Though a bit stiff, the back support is incredible and so comfortable. More than anything, the customer service was incredible. We had a small missing part on one chair, and a replacement was sent right away, and arrived very shortly after. We were blown away by the amazing customer service, and everyone is in awe of our beautiful chairs!

I assumed there would be a toolkit and hardware for assembly, but couldn’t find anything but the power adapter. Then realized the back just slides into the brackets and snaps into locked position. Assembly complete!! Then we started on what we assumed would be a tedious and frustrating electrical connection. Click, snap, done. One minute. Plugged it in and it has changed my life!

We have been thoroughly impressed with this chair! We took a gamble on ordering this chair online without trying it out in a store first and have been completely shocked by its craftsmanship, stability and comfort! We knew we wanted a chair for the nursery that rocked, swiveled, reclined and had the electronic headrest; this chair checked all those boxes! The only thing that would have been a bonus on this chair, was if it had the light underneath it too, but it doesn’t concern us. My husband and I are ‘plus-size’ and this chair has a high weight capacity and fits us like a glove. We are so happy with this purchase!
