Loving my new sofa

The chair and ottoman arrived in good condition. The head rest did not "ratchet" forward and back, but customer service quickly replaced it. I'm 5'10", 210 lbs. The chair fits me quite well, is comfortable with good lower back support. Cushioning is on the firm side, which works for me.

We love our new char. Mix up in shipping and one of the boxes didn’t arrive with the first one, but we contacted the company and they sent the missing piece overnight. Great customer service. I was concerned it was going to be a long drawn out process, but they were great. Will buy again.

This chair came earlier than I expected. They dropped it off in a large box and I was skeptical about how the chair would look and, how I'd set it up. Turns out there was no need to worry. It was easy to get out of the box and it was set up super easy to set up. The chair looks great and exceeded my expectations.
