I’ve written a review about a chair I bought from Chita and I gave one star because it did not meet my expectations. But I have to be fair and give Chita a five star review for the way they took care of my claim. For that, I can tell that I was dealing with a serious company that care about their customers. I will consider buy from Chita again.

Ordering and delay worked like a clock. Assembly was easy,. The only suggestion I would make is the foot rest needs to be independent of the back. If you are older like me I would advise you to have someone to be there for delivery & assembly. I’m lucky, I have a good neighbor.

I ordered the Delany sofa and ottoman. It arrived within three days. I reached out to customer service with a question and they responded immediately. I am over 70 and had no issues putting it all together. The quality was above my expectations. Do not hesitate to order from Chita. Great company!!! Love my new couch.

It's a very comfy chair! Glad I chose this style instead of the more "modern" one, because it's cozy! With the padded arms, I can sit crossed legs comfortably while I knit. I like all the adjustments -- head, low back, and up/down with feet. Logistics: Easy to receive, but be home when it comes if you can, so the strong UPS woman delivering can at least put it in your open door. It's a big one to drag inside alone :) It was pretty easy to put together. . . BUT! Dear Chita---Please use colored zip ties to stabilize the base and add colored stickers or something to where the cables have to go. Some of us are old! (And you are under a chair that is all black metal trying to hold a flashlight and plug all-black things in, cut very large ties without cutting equally black cables. . . yeah). Also-- the instructions do not all match the current config. Please update. Motors/movement: Smooth and pretty quiet. I do worry what happens when the motors break, we shall see! I wish I could put the feet up without the back dropping; I like sitting up straight with my feet out (OK, I am more flexible than most, but it's better for your neck) The cords need some kind of control system; they just kind of flop around under, and one cord seems like it will get crushed if accidentally moves when you spin. I glued a cord mender to underside. I also am really worried about my cats getting stuck in something and hurt, too. I may add a cover of some kind if I can solve it. Chair: It's comfy cushions! I like that they aren't too soft, better for the back. Important - the color is MUCH more dull than your screen shows, probably. It's more olive. Works in my still-70s carpet house for now, but doesn't quite match my original plans for the room. If you are super fussy, I'd get a swatch first. Tall folks-- it's *is* better than most chairs, but the extra length is really only aligned to me when I am reclined (5'10", long legs). The head rest is much too low seated straight up and the ...

I love this chair. This was rated the “most comfortable chair”…. and it really is. It is well made, sturdy yet comfy, I am 5’2” and it ‘fits’ me well. Came in a few days. I ordered another chair from them cuz I like the chair and the service so much.

After reading all reviews about Chita, I decided to take the risk of ordering this recliner without having the opportunity of sitting in it. I was amazed that it arrived in less than a week! I realized it was shipping from Georgia and we live in South Carolina, but I was still impressed how quickly it shipped. It was easy to unpack and assemble. The directions were great and it was very simple to assemble. The chair is beautiful and comfortable. The electronics work great and includes a USB port. We have a small living area so the wall hugger feature was important to us. It takes up so much less space than traditional recliners because of that feature. We are very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend giving Chita a try!
