Then we reached out to customer service for a clarification on the coupon and discount and we were impressed both by the timely response and by the personalized response. Which made us order the first Elvin leather chair. Then we got the chair and the interior family battle of whose chair it is started and we ordered an additional chair which beautifully transformed the whole room. Now we have a pair of Elvins chairs 😂 Thanks 🙏 Chita for the professional customer service , thoughtful packaging, robust and well built awesome looking chairs!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. We had an issue with our nursery chair when it arrived. I emailed their customer support team and they immediately resolved the issue, were quick to respond, polite and no questions asked. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience and that alone would make me a returning customer. That aside, our nursery chair is wonderful. So comfortable, stylish and the nightlight around the base is genius. Not even sure the issue when it arrived was entirely on them, could have easily happened when it was delivered. Either way, 1000000% recommend Chita Living and will be a returning customer for all future furniture purchases.

This recliner will put you to sleep when you recline all the way back. I've quickly learned to not recline all the way if I want to stay awake. It's definitely worth every penny. Set up took less than 5 minutes.
