This chair exceeded my expectations. It’s every bit as nice as my similar La-Z-Boy recliner. I ordered the light gray and is more of a cool cream color, which is exactly what I wanted. Shipping was very fast.

I was stunned at how soon it arrived. It arrived before the expected delivery date. The whole transaction was seamless.

After some confusion with custom service and purchasing (the single seat module CAN be added to the configuration), everything else has been seamless. Quick shipping, well packaged, easy to put together. Couch looks amazing! Cushions are firm and seat is not very deep but comfortable. Recliner is smooth and quiet to operate.
