The Nova Swivel Bar & Counter Stools are awesome. They were shipped timely and packaged nicely. The stools were easy to put together and look great! I love the look and the comfort, These were exactly what I wanted. Love them!

My only issue was that I was not notified of shipping until it was delivered. The weather was questionable that day and my daughter and husband were away at a funeral. I had to go to the house, buy a tarp and cover the box. Things turned out fine, but it would have been better had we known it was arriving

I accidentally had the chairs sent to my Florida address. Even though it was not their mistake, CHITA paid for the return and immediately sent two new chairs to my North Carolina address. This chair arrived 2 months before my due date. When I sat in it, I immediately started sobbing. Maybe it's the hormones, but maybe it's the fact that I forgot what it felt like to be comfortable- and this chair made me remember the novelty of comfort. I have barely left this chair since it arrived, I've even slept in it because right now it is more comfortable than my bed. Best investment I could have made, and as a side note, I am 10/10 happy I splurged for the power headrest.

I absolutely love the recliner I purchased from Chita' Soft. luxurious leather. 3 motors for reclining, lumbar and head. Also use it to swivel to my desktop computer and extend the headrest only for upright relaxation. Absolutely enjoying it after 2 days. My wife loves the chair. We bought it for her nursery. It is very easy to put together and does not take up a lot of space. It is extremely comfortable and looks great in the nursery. Highly recommend!

So glad I purchased this chair, it was just what I was searching for. The leather is nice, the setup to put together was easy. The only issue I had was installing the headrest, the holes didn’t line up and I had to have my wife help but we got it. The install for the chair base lined up perfectly and the two bases are very heavy and well built. For the ottoman I followed the directions and used the bolts in the directions and packet and not the ones that were attached to the box, not sure why those were included plus they were too small to attach the base to the ottoman. So maybe this was 4 1/2 stars but those issues were minor. The other great part of the purchase was the price, I was looking chairs from Ekorness and Fjord but the price was at minimum double the cost of the Elvin. Looking forward to many comfortable days lounging and listening to my audio system , my music room is now complete. One other thing the recline feature lets me dial in just the right amount and is very smooth. I’m very happy.

Very pleased with Chita Living products, and the entire purchase and delivery experience. You take a big risk ordering furniture online sight unseen. But the Chita Living products I purchased are on par if not exceeding the quality and design of furniture from local outlets.

We love the chair. My daughter had major surgery and had to sleep with her head up 30 to 45 degrees for 4 weeks. The chair was comfortable to sleep on all night! Also the chair was package really well and protected! Good Job!

Great furniture for a great price! I felt like I was taking a bit of a chance with a company I was unfamiliar with, but boy did it pay off!!! The genuine leather barrel swivel chairs and couch we bought are AMAZING! Such great style and construction. So so so glad we went for it!!!
