I love this chair. It fits perfectly in my space and looks incredible. I was really nervous to buy without sitting in it but the reviews convinced me and they were so right. It’s super comfortable and high quality. Honestly it takes the whole room up a notch. I couldn’t be happier!

I ordered 2 chairs Sunday night and the chairs arrived Tuesday! We love them. Great quality leather and smooth recline mechanisms that put you in zero gravity. We love that there is a second mechanism to adjust head position.

I replaced a loveseat with two recliners. They're triple - foot, lumbar and headrest. - power, rocker swivel. I was concerned about buying them without trying them out first. Delivery was fast as I bought them Wed night and they arrived Saturday. Easy to unpack but I needed help putting the back seat on. If you benchpress 120 lb, it won't be an issue for you. They're really comfortable and the quality seems outstanding. The price was about $500 a piece lower than the local big box furniture stores. I tried about 30 recliners and these seem more comfortable than almost all the other ones. The power lumbar is in a perfect location for me.

The whole story is relevant but will do the brief version: Chita has great marketing online so once the algorithm see that you’re interested in chairs Chita ad popped up which shows investment in marketing. Then we reached out to customer service for a clarification on the coupon and discount and we were impressed both by the timely response and by the personalized response. Which made us order the first Elvin leather chair. Then we got the chair and the interior family battle of whose chair it is started and we ordered an additional chair which beautifully transformed the whole room. Now we have a pair of Elvins chairs 😂 Thanks 🙏 Chita for the professional customer service , thoughtful packaging, robust and well built awesome looking chairs!
