They go out of their way to ensure the customer is taken care of.

Delivery was quick. Merchandise was perfectly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Very happy with the assembly. Will definitely order from you again.

I ordered a replacement part for my sewing machine. The customer service for this was over the top! This is a great company staffed with people who care about doing things right! Very Happy!

Best service imaginable, especially given a long distance purchase and the ease with which Bren could have chosen not to reach out by phone, not to make me aware of a manufacturer backlog, not to offer other options, etc. Unbelievable service, just plain unbelievable.

I ordered a Juki HZL-DX5, which I found out was out of stock upon calling to confirm the order. Ron gave me a discount on the DX7 and I took it. The machine arrived in a few days in perfect condition and is a joy to use. Great no nonsense service; definitely recommend 💪

Just what I needed

Overall great experience! They made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed correctly and the best part is they called to verify the large purchase order my card! Top notch service!

The machine is easy to use once I figured out it was a touch screen. The embroidery is beautiful!! I bought this for my Sister. I can’t wait for her to get it.

Excellent service and fast shipping.

Fantastic shopping experience. Great price for Topaz 50 Embroidery Machine, wonder customer service on phone and email, super fast shipping. Will purchase from here again in the future and tell all of my friends to buy from here! Thanks so much!

Great machine! Good service and fast delivery.

Great. I love it. Makes a little noice when cutting thread. Guess that’s normal. Just learning machine. Thank you so much for all your help. Mona Wade in Mobile Alabama

I was trying to get a F400, but no one had it in stock. I got the DX5 instead and am super happy. It was shipped out the same day and arrived within a week. I would highly recommend Carolina Forest Vacuum & Sewing!

My contact with your store was all over the phone. Excellent assistance from Ron
