First, they were comparable or even a bit lower in price than even the big box stores/warehouses, and they offered FREE shipping, Second, they are an actual brick and morter store that has been around for a while. Third, I feel strongly about supporting small businesses in the United States. TForce freight did not call day of delivery, man just rang the doorbell, so tracking is essential. No assembly instructions provided, but setup was straightforward using online resources. Very satisfied with my purchase.
