I ordered a Juki DDL 9000 SMS. First thing I will say is that machine is good if you work in a sweat shop, but otherwise it is not worth the money. I wanted to return the machine because they accept returns. But the customer has to pay for shipping(the machine and table are extremely heavy), a $400 restocking fee and if the machine was not perfectly packaged, there would be another fee. And oh, you can only get store credit. So basically if I return a machine I paid $2400 for I might get lucky and have $1000 in store credit. Basically their return policy is nonexistent because who in their right mind would return something that was not used and come out with a $1000 of store credit.?

They were out of stock on the Brother Innovi-IS NQ1600E, so they upgraded me to the Innovi-IS NQ1700E at no cost. Also, I received my new machine with 2 days.
