The ordering and processing service was very good. I was kept informed about the progress of manufacture& delivery timings. The only thing I was really miffed about was the £100 import tax that UK customs added on to an already expensive purchase. I had not factored in this extra cost! I'm waiting to receive my watch in a couple of days when my family come to visit as I live in Turkey and had it delivered to my family in the UK. Turkish customs are not advisable to navigate either!

WAVWARCH has changed my lufe

Very nice to speak too. But I have not received my watch or an eta? I thought it was arriving this week!

It worked great and this week it stopped working. I’ve charged it, tested the charger, it won’t turn on. I let it rest and it turned on with a faint glow but no numbers and then went black. Help. I really wanted to wear it on an airline flight. I’ve so disappointed.

Had a problem with one of the four I purchased, but it was replaced with no issues!

It was so quick and easy.

It took longer that anticipated, but I have the protective glass and replaced the broken one. Thanks.

My husband and I both have the WAV 2. 0 and love them!!My husband said just this morning that after only a few days he’s sleeping better and that’s been a huge challenge for him. For me I too sleep better and feel less aches and pains throughout.

My son broke his back in 3 places and his hip in a car accident 3 years ago. His knee is in bad shape as well. Wavwatch is saving his body while he works on the railroad. This gift was the best ever for him. My son did not believe that it would work. He smiles much more when I see him because he is pain free. Thank you WavWatch!

Quite a delay in international delivery, as was landed with quite a large customs bill - would be far better to have that included in the original cost, as I was stretching my budget getting this in the first place - costing me £450 British Pounds then another £100 when it arrived.

I received the delivery of my WAVwatch in good time, although the UK import tax was a bit of a shock - but I was made aware that import tax would be paid by me. Nonetheless, the watch looks great and I have tried several of the healing frequencies, and have set my six favourites on my Playlist. I have had the watch on daily, only removing to charge up for the 3 or so hours. I haven't as yet noticed any difference in my health concerns as yet, but realise these things take time. I chose the grey colour so that the men in my family can try it on as and when they are convinced it works for me.

All fine. The only surprise was the vast fees I had to pay on delivery. Import duties I believe. Other than that, it was an easy purchase, quick delivery and I was kept informed throughout.

They are pretty timely with shipping. Customer service is very friendly. Still a few issues with the charging of the watch but we are working on it.
