I had ordered 2 watches using the Mothersday promo code to be delivered in Canada. The online ordering process was easy and reflected my purchase price and savings in Canadian Funds which I really appreciated. I did acknowledge that duties and taxes were billed separately although was shocked to be advised that I owed $483. 88 to UPS brokerage in order to clear the shipment. This extra cost increased the total cost of purchase by approximately 30%. If I had bought the watch in the USA during my last 8 day trip, I could have avoided the extra fees. The watches were delivered on time and the packaging in perfect condition. I have not opened the individual watch boxes as of yet as one is a gift for my spouse's 69th birthday in June. The after delivery follow up from Linda at WAVWatch with user instructions and manual was excellent. Looking forward to experiencing the frequency therapy as we both are great believers in the nature benefits sound and frequencies have our our well being.

So far so good. In that I’ve had my watch for a week-ish and I can hear the frequency sometimes, so I know it’s working, and it’s not bothersome at all when I do. The only negative thing I can say at the moment is that I ordered and paid for the 2. 2 but received the 2. 0. I reached out to customer care as soon as I realized it when I was setting up/registering my watch and haven’t heard back from anyone yet-days later. I’ve not had it long enough to see visible results but I’m excited to see what changes over time. I love the concept.

Worked almost immediately for my back pain and arthritis. After having my wavwatch for only 10 days I’m still learning how to use it.

The watches came as promised, the watch I use is prforming great. But the sleep choice confuses me. I set it for 6am and it wakes me at 4:20 what am I doing wrong? The time is set correctaly.

I had serious back issues and when I tried the watch for the first time, withing 3 minutes, I had no pain. I use it every day now for all kinds of things and it works!

So far so good, my wife's back feels better within 24 hours. I'm thinking of integrating these into our clinic's rehabilitation protocol . . . waiting on further results.

I actually bought the 2. 0 because the one I have does not have the Vagus Nerve setting. The first one does not Since getting this watch I’ve never heard a sound when using that setting. Even on 10 I hear nothing. Every other sound is even audible even quietly on 1. I’m thing the vagus nerve setting is not working

I’ve been waiting ten days and the shipper says they still have not received the package. Customer service assures me that the shipper has it but they must just be slow in getting it processed. Very frustrating since my credit card has already been charged.

Love my WavWatch, I have purchased watches already. I keep sharing my watch with everyone and then I end up purchasing them there own so I can get mine back on.

Love my Wav watch 2. 2 Rose Gold! It is Beautiful and very easy to use . It came in and had a different language on Settings but customer service responded quickly to help me…. Now testing the Frequencies. Will report back later on results. Thank you.

It was an easy purchase but I received an email telling me what kind of watch I selected, but all I chose was a rose god in color, no other items were available to select in either purchase I made.
