The battery is incredible lasting for many hours. The Eries offered are vey helpful. I also own the original watch but am equally enjoying this one if not more so due to the battery.

I just received my wave watch and am loving the different frequencies there are. It’s only been a few days since I have been using it, but I’m very impressed this far.

I have an overall great day when I am wearing the watch. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get though their day a little easier.

Wavwatch was very easy to order, I knew ahead of time that there would be delay in shipping and came in about the time I was expecting it. I am so excited to see what results I have with it.

I was very interested when I started reading other reviews. The one thing that sold me was treatment for vagus nerve which I’ve had issues with for ten years. I’m doing Accupuncture but pain isn’t gone. When I got the watch that’s the fist one I put it on. 🤞🤞

Don't know how the watch works. . . haven't received it yet. Lost in transit? Supposed to be re-shipped, but haven't received a date when I should be receiving it. So far, not that impressed with the supply chain or shipping.

I am having trouble getting hold of someone to answer my questions. I need a warranty and do not know how to sign up. Is there a link??? I need screensaver too. Your communications need improvement. I would really like to speak to a PERSON. Thank you.

Item shipped 1/30/26. As of 2/16/26, it still has not been received. Tracking still has it in Fort Worth.

I received my wave watch in a timely manner. I could not get the screen protector to stick so they sent me a replacement immediately. Really top-notch customer service.

After several days of use my wife is happy with her WAVwatch. Better sleep, reduced back pain means better days. Canada border services was the only issue. Have other Canadians had similar experiences.

I found it difficult to maneuver around it on my iPhone 16. Can’t get all of it on the phone screen.

Would highly recommend the watch.

I was able to order screen protectors for my wave watch on the website without a hitch after receiving a quick response via email about my situation. Shipping time was only a couple days. Very satisfied customer!

I had such high hopes for this device. First of all, I had to wait about 6 weeks for it; three weeks longer than expected. When I inquired, customer service never offered “thanks for your patience” or “we’re sorry for the delay. ” These small things can go a long way. But, I’m sure they were busy. Once I got the watch, I started using it day 1. I was nervous about set up but needn’t have been. It was very easy. It is a bit large, but otherwise comfortable. The sound is not annoying at all. So far, so good. But, did it work? I don’t notice a difference at all in anything. I’ve been using it now for about 2 weeks every day and night. I know some healing takes time. But still, I don’t think it’s doing anything. If you decide to invest in one, I really hope it works for you. Others have good reviews; maybe it’s just me.

WavWatch worked better than expected. However. . . The watch stopped charging after the 3 day using it. My wife and I called Customer service and spoke with Steve. Amazing CS. He understood we were having issues with the watch and immediately sent a return QR code and sent a replacement which is on the way. Wife and I are looking forward to using it more. It made a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. Now make a WavTanning Bed. . . LOL.

I love this watch! I already feel so much better. I used to use a rife machine but it was very complicated to use and understand. I love all the programs I have tried so far and have not had any more neck and back pain since using my WavWatch!
