UPS delivered my watch to the wrong address and as yet I haven't heard from them with a reaction to my claim. The watch was a Christmas present.

Comes in a lovely case, all good so far. Only complaint if you can call it that was it cost me £165. 00, to get through customs!!

Still figuring it out

I was introduced to frequency healing many years ago and it helped greatly with a specific issue. So, when I became aware of the WAVwatch, I was thrilled to find a wearable device that is easy to use and has so many possibilities. In a short length of time, it has helped with calming, pain relief, and vagus nerve issues. I have some chronic issues I’m working on, and I’m hoping to get some relief as time goes by. I’m very happy with the device. Plus, it’s fun to use too.

My friend who also got a WAV watch said you should charge it all the way and then let it go down to 0 a couple times (so I did that) because she said it is supposed to last longer. Also, it seems there should just be better or more thorough instructions and information about frequencies that comes with the watch. Also, she said I should get the warranty and you can do that for 30 days. I don't see a phone number to call, but I'm going to try to find one and contact you. Customer service could be a bit better than it is.

I noticed absolutely no benefits from wearing the watch. Plus it didn't even function well as a watch.

Every time I call wave watch not because of complications with the device, but just with help in customer service, I am greeted with respect and professional! This is a wonderful company! Not to mention, I love the way you watch 2. 2!

I ordered the 2. 2 for advance delivery. I received timely communications about my order being received , but no indication how long it would be. That would've been more informative. When I received the shipping email, it followed promptly.

It took days for someone to text me to let me know that is the way to communicate. Not very happy with that. The show I saw this watch on gave me the idea this was easy; turns out Not So!!

I like the look and function of it as a watch, but I haven’t noticed any health benefits in this first 6 days.

I watched Linda Seth Holehouse and she made it sound as if I could get the Black Friday discount along with the SETH discount but when I placed my order both were not available together. Spoke to C Service, they said no. Very disappointed as I could have used both discounts.

Just received the watch last week. It’s a gift for my husband. I have charged it and tried several programs to see how it operates. Have enjoyed the calming effects already. I think he will see many benefits

Not very happy about how much I paid for this watch, and nothing no results. I used it a friend used it an another family member with no results. When I called to make sure of how it was being used I was told it's most likely to severe for the watch to work. So you know my issue is not so severe. Poor investment, and I did this because of the folks at Flyover Conservatives, makes me doubt them now, very sad and disappointed. I don't think there is enough education on how to operate the watch or guide or from your staff answering the phones. You have shown some pretty impressive cases on these shows are they real? Sorry for the no so good review I was truly hopeful. Maybe I'm wrong but I have nothing to go by buty own experience at this time.

So interesting to see all the waves available for healing and good rest/sleep. Excited to dig in and see what the watch can do for me
