Received the information I requested regarding charging issue.

I was so excited to receive my watch I would have given you a 10 if I had had it in time for Christmas and birthday gifts but happy to have received it my friend set the sleep cycle and had a wonderful night's sleep slept all the way through instead of waking up at 12:00 1:00 2:00. I do have a question about how long a charge lasts, but i guess I will find out. Would Love FAQ's & How To info. Great Product, TY for inventing it! All is frequency!

I just basically feel better overall. I keep thinking it’s all in my head but I have had open heart surgery and a massive stroke. I use everything on it so I don’t miss anything. lol 😂

Im having problems the first day it seems to work great but since then im not getting any relief from any of my aches snd pains should I send it back for ysll to look it over and a replacement or should I send it back gor a full refund. I am loving the new frequencies on the 2. 2

My wife has been using the WAVWatch 2. 2 and twice she will have it on all day and all night and when she wakes up the battery still shows 100 %, therefore she doesn't know if it is functioning properly. She wears it daily and all night consistently. Again, it has only happened twice over the past month, but has us questioning its operation.

I ordered the watch on January 1. It was shipped on January 27. It has not arrived yet. I cannot give a review until it arrives. It seems to be stuck in the postal system which is very frustrating. If you could check from your end I would appreciate it. Something has to be wrong. Thank you.

A friend of my wife ordered one after our recommendation, and we're telling everyone else. We also intend to order our third WW sometime this spring. My wife is pleased with the cold frequency, as am I with the Sleep frequency. And we're only getting started. This is the greatest breakthrough since advising frequent hand washing and the introduction of chicken soup.

Have the watch a week, been wearing everyday trying various settings. Got a head cold yesterday put on Common Cold…. not helping so took a sinus pill today. Still have runny nose & eyes. Hoping watch will help me kick it today.

I've been wearing my WAV watch for about a week and I noticed having a very restful nights sleep. I even had very lucid and vivid dreams. I do not understand all the programing yet and would like to be invited to any training classes, or have any videos sent to me explaining the many ways of useing the WAV watch. I'm not sure if I am operating it correctly still. Thank you, Bill

The back of the unit says it is a 2. 0, I was told on the phone that it is the 2. 2 Hopefully it is. How do we know if this thing is worth the $700. 00?

We are happy to have finally received our new 2. 2 watches this month. We've only had for a few days so far but what I do know is that setting it before your sleep time, it truly allowed me to sleep straight through the night with no waking up at all hours of tossing and turning. I sleep well now. So for now, we are in discovery mode and trying the many settings as well as letting some groups play in it's entirety. I love this and plan on sharing with everyone I know. We love that it came with 2 bands and we both liked the black band. It comes in a nice leather case. Thank you for this fantastic therapeutic watch.

The product was purchased December 4 for a Christmas gift and it was just received February 4. We purchased the 2. 2 and received the 2. 0. My husband has written to the team and we have not heard back. We pray other people have had a better experience. So far it does not do anything for my migraines. That’s why we ordered the 2. 2. I am sleeping much better through the night with the sleep program, but I’m still plague with these migraines and have been for years. I Hate that I am giving you a poor review and I hope we can come to some kind of resolution.

The watch is a very high quality watch. I'm still exploring what it can do. I've only used the sleep and vitality folders. So far, I'm very satisfied!!
