I’m very happy with this WavWatch. As I’m learning to use it, I’m getting noticeable results. When I’m using the brainwave frequency I am noticing increased clarity in thought and expression. It’s worth every dollar.

I have used the watch for a week. I haven’t noticed anything yet. i find it hard to figure out how to use the watch. There is very little direction

I find it complicated to use. I am not sure if it is the watch or user error. When I select a certain frequency it keeps playing many different frequencies that i did not select.

The directions on how to work the unit are poor. It took me about 2 to 3 days to get it right. The chat gave wrong info and the written was very scarce. My friend who had been using the watch was the one who really clarified correct operation on the unit. I still need more understanding on how to best use it for my body.
