I liked the watch. Sadly, it quit working after less than one month. I turn it on now, I get the WAV watch welcome, Then the main screen appears and a pop up appears in less than a few seconds and then I see the goodbye, and all goes dark. . . now I have to start the process of trying to get it replaced. It's a timewaster for me and that shouldn't be.

Having trouble with one of the watches I ordered and they are asking for a video of what the watch is doing. What is going on??? These watches cost too much money not to get satisfaction. Bad reviews are worth millions.

Hi I purchased 2 Wavwatches on the 8th April 2026. I have not received them as yet. I have had an Invoice from the Customs Service requiring me to pay another $480 (See attached) which has been reduced by ~$120 as I pointed out that there was NO duty on watches. This has all come about because of the Australian Government wanting to tax us again on overseas purchases. PLEASE inform all Australians to buy ONLY one WavWatch at a time to keep cost to below $1000 AUD & they will not have to pay any duty or Customs. . . an extra $368. After paying this amount I am still waiting for our Wav watches 7 weeks later, no word on when they will arrive! Regards Barbara Muller Cant get photo to be accepted!

I've only used the watch for a couple of weeks now and I haven't noticed any big difference. But I will give it some more time and reevaluated later

I was told about the WavWatch by a coworker and was skeptical but my pain was getting to a point I would need to up my meds. I remembered him telling me about the WavWatch and even though it was very expensive, I placed the order and would figure out how to pay the credit card bill coming up. I plugged in the WavWatch as soon as I received it. Impatiently waiting for the complete charge. Slipped it on as soon as it finished, scrolled through the settings and found the pain setting. Set fine to do some meditation and hope for the best. Middle if the set, my phone rang. I spoke with the person for 15-20 minutes and realized after hanging up my pain had lessened to a bearable degree. I looked at the watch settings and I was less than 30 minutes into the cycle. I’m IMPRESSED! I am less than a week into the settings and absolutely LOVE it!

Can't figure out how long to stay on same setting, how to change the time, how often to use the same one. Help card gives very little help.
