I ordered two lunch bags only one was delivered.

Why do you make lids but don't offer decent replacement ones. I contacted customer service and was told to basically kick rocks.

This thermo is great at keeping your food warm, but it is such a hassle to open. Every time I try to open the lid it goes to one side and gets stuck. I am writing this is as my thermo is locked and my food is inside. I am tired and this product is not worth it find yourself a better one.

Too tall for using a metal straw. I am sad I have to use both hands to place pull out the straw to place it in my mouth for a drink.

Mediocre zipper

Received a BUILT perfect seal bottle as a present. After dropping it once, it broke within one week. Went back to the store and got another one as I believed that I just got unlucky, the second one broke as well after I accidentally drop it. Both were broken at the lid area where the plastic parts connect. I think some thoughts need to be put into the design of the lid. It shouldn't be normal to break so easily.

It was expeditiously shipped and received it within days.
