Perfect size and arrived quickly!

Very unhappy! Both of my Built water bottles leak like sieves. I’d give ZERO stars if it was an option.

Perfect replacement lid!

PRODUCT CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER

Replacement lids for the 30oz tumbler were packed well but did not fit the tumbler. Gasket section was too large to fit into the tumblers lid channel. Called Built and their response was it should fit. My question was, did anyone actually do a quality test to insure suitability? Only recourse I was told to use the website to arrange a return.

This keeps everything either cold or hot most of the day!

I got one of the 30oz tumblers and the first day I went to use it( day after I got it in the mail) the lid was cracking I was super bummed but tried there warranty, thinking it was going to be a hassle but they were super fast at replying to my request and I sent them the broken one and they sent my a whole new one! Best customer service I have had in awhile! Thanks Built!

Everything about replacing the lid to my 30oz travel mug was easy and efficient. So glad to know I can do this!

The lid on the cup leak something awful. So dissatisfied with. Bought at Walmart only two days ago. Will not by again.

Recently purchased one of their water bottles and the top of the cap broke off after a few uses so was unable to even open the bottle. Tried contacting customer support for a repair or replacement part and they said they don't offer parts and no offer to replace or refund. Too many better options on the market to waste money on Built items. Very disappointed.

Had about a month.. and all the cerakote is coming off. Too bad I bought about six of these when I ordered guess I'll be going back to Yeti!! Too bad there is no option to leave a photo.

I bought two cups. The lids don't seal properly. Both cups fell and chattered due to improper seal of the lid. I called customer service to advise them and was told that they are sorry. that I could mail the cups back and they would replace. It will cost more to ship back than the cup is worth. I didn't call for a replacement I called to advise you of the situation. These were the tumbler cups with lid and straw.
