The top plastic mold and the top cup cap broke. Please send a replacement.

Don't buy Built thermo bottle! It has a silicone/plastic seal inside the cap that will get moldy withing a few months. It can't be remove or clean. . I got a 2 pack from Costco and both have the same issue!

BUILT isn’t a good company. I bought these in the hopes of working with the deceptive, not-as-advertised 30 oz tumbler replacement lids that have mysteriously removed the straw notch. They did not work with them either. Also, they are too short for 30 oz tumblers. I beg you to not buy from BUILT. Learn from my mistakes and don’t give them any of your hard earned money.

I bought the 20 oz mug for my coffee. I filled it up at 7:00 a. m. and by 8:00 a. m. it was barely hot. Was disappointed to say the least.

Products not as advertised. VERY dissatisfied.

Bottle was great and I was delighted with it. 1 drop from my hand to the kitchen floor and lid snapped in half. Lids on line are too expensive to replace so I'll just get a new one, from a different brand.

I lost a straw for one of the water bottles. Reached out to customer service and they said sorry nothing we can do. Won't even sell them. So now my bottle is useless. Kinda shocked really. I did love the bottle but now will not buy from or recommend this brand.

I had one of these and loved it! Got 2 more for Christmas and one of them does not keep things hot at all! Not sure why they are different. I use them everyday one is cold before I get to work.

The replacement lids did not fit the 20 ounce tumblers I already own. They fit the new ones I ordered. But I need them for my ones so they are extraneous at this point.

I was given a Built BYO tumbler by a coworker at a Secret Santa exchange. I just discovered that when I sit it down on my countertop it leaves a grey ring. There are THREE grey rings on my pure white countertops now because I didn’t catch it until the 3rd time I picked it up as I was putting away groceries and mixing up food in my crockpot on the other side of the kitchen! I have tried Dawn dish soap, Comet, bleach, peroxide, 70% alcohol, steel wool, a Mr Clean Eraser, a scrubber, a sponge, baking soda, and every combination thereof! NOTHING even FADES it! So now my beautiful new pure white countertops (I just moved in the house in October) now have nasty, random, grey rings on them and I can’t get them out to save my life! I will never purchase anything from Built. Ever.

Ease of website use and quality products

I bought a lunch bag (black with flowers) while I was in uni and it has lasted me more than 7 years using it DAILY. Things these days dont last this long. Great quality, worth every cent.

Purchased replacement lids for my favorite morning coffee traveler. Delivery was pretty quick. Lids fit like a glove. I'm happy!

The lids are great but why is it so expensive just to get them mailed out….could have just bought a new tumbler for that price.

They were quick to send the replacement when I ordered.
