I asked if others have had similar issues- they said yes its possibly the seal. . . maybe send me a new seal I can pop it in to see if that helps --- and they won't--- some quality - avoid this brand to not lose money

I purchased a set of food jars for my children’s lunches, hoping to reduce waste from individually packaged lunch items. They worked well, but obviously the lid gaskets and valves must be removed to wash after use. When a silicone valve was lost, customer service was friendly but unable to help me in purchasing a replacement valve or locating a generic alternative. I now have a useless steel food jar that will go to waste, which is a real shame. I will be looking instead for brands that offer replacement parts or use standard parts.

Unfortunately both of the utensil sets I received are not closing properly. One pops open at the slightest movement and the other one doesn't stay closed at all. I have purchased two other sets at a store, one works perfecly, but the other doesn't stay closed. I like the product so I decided to order straight from Built, but as I said above, they are just not closing and staying closed properly. The order did arrive on time, but I have one set out of the three I've bought that works like it's supposed ti. I was hoping to have a couple more for myself and family members. Hi. My name is Kerri Anderson. I received one of you coffee travel cups from my son and his girlfriend about 11 years ago. I use it everyday faithfully. This cup has been through a lot with me. They broke up about 5 years ago. I lost my son last year which has broken me but the crazy thing is this cup has several dents the color is finally starting to fade and wear off. I’m so sorry for babbling but long story short thank you for making and amazing product that outlasts the things it shouldn’t. I hope to use it another 10 years

I have three 20 ounce tumblers, I liked my first one so well I received 2 more as a gift. They really do keep your beverage hot for a very long time and it is pretty spill proof. Yes, the lid does stain, you will never get the stains off the clear band which keeps the lid securly tight. The stain i can deal with, magic eraser sometimes helps. What really upsets me is the little turn table closure has a snap-on nogule that has broken off on all three, once those break you can't repair them and you coffee will get cold and spill. I bought replacement lids on amazon and they do not fit. Looking for a new tumbler, not this brand.

Does not keep coffee hot for 6hrs like they say. Bought 2 of these. One of the worst mistakes I have made. Want my money back. Went back to my old one.

I just bought a new lunch bag from you guys. My very first day walking to class, the handle completely ripped off the bag. I have one red bull, one 16oz bottle of water, and one 12oz protein shake inside. Its pretty laughable that I didn't even walk 80 feet from my car and the thing tore like I was trying to ruin it. What a waste of money. The bag looks nice, the reason I bought it. But the construction is extremely novice. If I had a recommendation to someone else I'd say dont invest in this long term! Lol, dont count on it being functional for more than 10 minutes

I received my wine tote in a timely manner.

I like the see-thru lid and slightly grippy texture . . . BUT the slider lid has no gasket or seal and will leak way too much (almost pour out) if the tumbler is tipped. It even ldrips/leaks when trying to sumply drinking "normally" without a straw. VERY disappointed. (because I really wanted these to work).

Bought two of these for my school aged children. One was used for cold items and worked great the other one had hot food for my son to eat after his basketball game and for the life of me I could not open it, nor my child nor my husband nor multiple other male friends of ours. Then when I thought it opened it was actually broken and now I’m here with a very hangry 13 year old with food stuck in a container that won’t open!!!

Bottle cap broke. Before it broke, there was already discolouration. I looked to see whether the cap can be replaced which it can but it costs more to replace cap than to buy new bottle. Wont be buying again.

I first bought a Built 20-ounce tumbler in a pinch while on a beach vacation in Florida. I was shocked at how well the tumbler kept my water cold even on the beach in 90-degree weather! I subsequently got home and bought the 30 oz for work. Its' ability to keep my drink cold on a 12-hour shift is amazing. The colors are awesome as well. I now have three: Two 20 ounce and one 30 ounce, which are my absolute go-to's to carry my drinks. While people are spending a fortune on their Stanley's and Yeti's as well as them getting stolen and burning their faces with the lids popping off. . . I am happy as a clam with my beautifully built Built! Thank you Built for offering an exceptional functional mug at an unparalleled value.

After 3 weeks of use the cup is stained from coffee. I have the 20oz Tumbler Lavender and I cannot get the silicone surrounding clean after a spill. Tried cleaning as soon as the spill happened and it was immediately stained. Has been washed and dried by hand more times than I can count and it still hasn't removed the coffee, disappointed.

Your tumbler is garbage. It leaks everywhere, the seal is trash, and it won’t keep a drink hot past an hour. This product is defective and unacceptable. Refund me in full and send a prepaid return label within 7 days. If you don’t, I will initiate a chargeback, file complaints with consumer protection/BBB, and post honest, scathing reviews across every platform I can find.
