Bought two of these for my school aged children. One was used for cold items and worked great the other one had hot food for my son to eat after his basketball game and for the life of me I could not open it, nor my child nor my husband nor multiple other male friends of ours. Then when I thought it opened it was actually broken and now I’m here with a very hangry 13 year old with food stuck in a container that won’t open!!!

Bottle cap broke. Before it broke, there was already discolouration. I looked to see whether the cap can be replaced which it can but it costs more to replace cap than to buy new bottle. Wont be buying again.

I first bought a Built 20-ounce tumbler in a pinch while on a beach vacation in Florida. I was shocked at how well the tumbler kept my water cold even on the beach in 90-degree weather! I subsequently got home and bought the 30 oz for work. Its' ability to keep my drink cold on a 12-hour shift is amazing. The colors are awesome as well. I now have three: Two 20 ounce and one 30 ounce, which are my absolute go-to's to carry my drinks. While people are spending a fortune on their Stanley's and Yeti's as well as them getting stolen and burning their faces with the lids popping off. . . I am happy as a clam with my beautifully built Built! Thank you Built for offering an exceptional functional mug at an unparalleled value.

After 3 weeks of use the cup is stained from coffee. I have the 20oz Tumbler Lavender and I cannot get the silicone surrounding clean after a spill. Tried cleaning as soon as the spill happened and it was immediately stained. Has been washed and dried by hand more times than I can count and it still hasn't removed the coffee, disappointed.

Your tumbler is garbage. It leaks everywhere, the seal is trash, and it won’t keep a drink hot past an hour. This product is defective and unacceptable. Refund me in full and send a prepaid return label within 7 days. If you don’t, I will initiate a chargeback, file complaints with consumer protection/BBB, and post honest, scathing reviews across every platform I can find.

I love, love, love the 20 oz tumblers and have 3 of them, however, be aware of the plastic lids. The first two I purchased from Walmart. I use them strictly for my morning coffee. I drink it on my way to the gym and then finish it after my workout. It keeps my coffee hot the hour I’m in the gym. I think because of the heat it breaks down the plastic lids. After the first one cracked I called the Co. for a replacement. They didn’t have any. Went to Walmart and bought my second tumbler and now a year later the same thing happened. Looked online and there were replacement lids so I ordered 2. When I got them however they were too small. I called the company and was told it didn’t fit their tumblers sold at retail outlets but only tumblers sold from their website. They graciously refunded my money and told me to keep or throw away the tops. Or I could send the broken lid and tumbler back to them and they would replace it. Unfortunately I had already thrown the lid away due to the safety hazard. I ordered a tumbler from their website and now have a new one with two additional revamped lids. I should be good to go. Ps. I don’t think this would have happened had I left a small space in the lid opening so that the heat could escape.

Got this thermos for my daughters lunch this year for school. I’ve owned it less than a month, it’s always been washed and put away for the next days use, so imagine my shock when I went to use it today and the entire inside at the bottom has rust.

Bought lid for the 20 oz tumbler but it’s too small.

Please make a single lid instead of a double lid

First time trying to use my built cup (given as a gift) liquid just pours out from seal . . can’t drink from it without getting soaked

Don't buy Built thermo bottle! It has a silicone/plastic seal inside the cap that will get moldy withing a few months. It can't be remove or clean. . I got a 2 pack from Costco and both have the same issue!

BUILT isn’t a good company. I bought these in the hopes of working with the deceptive, not-as-advertised 30 oz tumbler replacement lids that have mysteriously removed the straw notch. They did not work with them either. Also, they are too short for 30 oz tumblers. I beg you to not buy from BUILT. Learn from my mistakes and don’t give them any of your hard earned money.

I bought the 20 oz mug for my coffee. I filled it up at 7:00 a. m. and by 8:00 a. m. it was barely hot. Was disappointed to say the least.

Products not as advertised. VERY dissatisfied.

Bottle was great and I was delighted with it. 1 drop from my hand to the kitchen floor and lid snapped in half. Lids on line are too expensive to replace so I'll just get a new one, from a different brand.
