I was so pleased with the team's (Nelson) efforts to be sure I got any and all samples that seemed to satisfy my request for certain colors. I got more than enough to make a choice, but then at the end when I requested additional pricing for accessories, etc. I never got a call or message back to know what my total costs would be. Also, since the product ended up being more than 25% over the cost of my next choice (Coretec) and the freight was the most expensive of all quoted, I did not follow up for more information. I still love the look of your product best but will probably end up purchasing from a Coretec provide just to save the extra money.
