We think this flooring will work perfectly over our radiant heat. The quality seems very nice, and we love that it can be refinished in the future if needed. Jeff in sales was also helpful throughout the process. Overall, we’re very happy with our choice!

This sample is very high quality, and we like the color Domino for our bathroom. We’ve ordered a couple other sample items, though, because we aren’t wild about how the dark grout lines seem to be visible between planks in the photos on this particular option. Appreciating Build Direct’s exceptional service as we work towards finding the right flooring for our space. This is a great company!

The pictures online do little justice to the way the actual flooring looks when installed. Long and wide planks that have subtle variations in shade that look natural. Which is far better than a fully uniform look. In addition, the thicker planking feels solid under food. Overall first impression post install is very satisfying .

I orderer replacement material because we failed to install a vapor barrier 7 years ago. The shipment arrived in a timely manner and there packages where in good condition.
