Good service and fast shipment

The floors get a 5, the return of the extra product does not. It costs too much and it is too difficult to return the extra boxes we ordered- 6 boxes extra.

I only ordered samples so far and they are great. The rep reached out to me and helped me pick more 10/10

Emery was very knowledgeable and efficient in satisfying my questions but the client went with a ta tally different product.

Everything worked so smoothly. Mila was our sales person and we had a HUGE ice and snow storm and she was able to get our shipment delayed until the driveway was accessible. The floor is now installed and absolutely beautiful. Nothing was damaged in shipment, delivered exactly on time. This was a wonderful process, and we would encourage everyone to give #BuildersDirect a try!
