Definitely will buy

Shipped my samples really fast and have great customer service

geat service

Bailed me out of a jam. BuildDirect is lucky to have her.

Quick and easy to order a sample and arrived quick!

We put in LVP from BuildDirect in 2019 throughout our entire house. We loved it and had an amazing experience with delivery and product. This past August, we had a pipe burst under our house and we had extensive water damage in our basement. I emailed customer support to see if they had our same flooring and the original person I worked with in 2019 reached out to check in. Justine sent samples of like-flooring in case she couldn't find our floors, which had been discontinued. She was able to find some of our original flooring in the warehouse and personally worked with me via email and even text to make sure I got my product and at an amazing price. Justine added a personal touch during a stressful time and my floors look amazing again! Thank you!

This transaction was great

Maisie has been a pleasure to work with! She’s professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire flooring process easy. Highly recommend!

I put this flooring in my previous home 8 years ago. Excellent and very pet friendly so it was easy to choose to put it in my new home. Justine was great to work with. She made the whole process simple and got me a great discount. Flooring arrived as scheduled. Well packaged with just a couple of small tears in 1 box but the plastic wrap inside was intact so the wood is in good shape

Great service! Love the room visualizer and free samples. Shipping is great too!

We received the riverbed grand width four months ago and are just getting ready to install it. The color is beautiful, but be aware that there is more variation than what appears online. Especially in the 1/3 length pieces. Overall, I think we will be able to make it look good.

I worked with Justine in ordering hardwood flooring I needed to try and match an existing due to a flood. She went above and beyond in sending me numerous samples after I sent her a picture. She wrote up the quote quickly and even arranged for an expedited delivery due to a time constraint on my part. Fed Ex freight delivered in 2 days and everything went terrific. No damages, no snags. I am so impressed with Build Direct and Justine. Will use again if needed.

My review is about follow up sales assistance. Emery was very professional and timely in her follow up calls with me. She ensured we received our samples and a few others and provided confidence in our floor search when reviewing your firm and it's inventory. I appreciated this.

Justine was great helping us order more LVP to finish a project that grew in size from when we ordered the original BD LVP a few years ago.

We haven't placed an order yet but are about to and are very satisfied with the customer service we received. We originally ordered a few free samples of Marcello and when we weren't really happy with our first choice, Yas worked with us to find alternatives and sent two additional shipments of free samples to help us find something in our budget. Overall the products seem to be priced competitively for the quality and have a better wear layer than many products from other vendors.

Ordered sample as it was a thicker better version from what I can get locally. When compared to other samples I have, this is the one I will order for new house build.

From start to finish my experience was amazing! Justine contacted me shortly after I requested samples. She asked all of the right questions to make sure I had not only the samples that I ordered, but also others that she thought might work for me. The quote was straightforward, and there was no pressure to order. The product was excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Once the order was placed, I received the shipment in less than 2 weeks with no issues. Justine was a text away any time I had questions throughout the entire process. . Highly Recommend!

I just received the floor, it's beautiful and good quality, the shipment arrived sooner than expected. Recommended.

Same, all same lot. Emery was great on initial call and follow up call

Great team and great company
