My order has been delayed for more than 2 weeks. The company advertised that you won’t get charged for your order until you’ve tried it for a week but I was still charged. I have not received the comforter. I emailed the company twice and there was no accommodation or explanation. I hope I can actually get my comforter.

First they said they were sent and they weren’t. Trouble getting answers.

Always comfortable, always a good purchase

I ordered two items. One was great and just what I wanted. The other wasn’t the color I was expecting. I have been trying to get return instructions since the day I received the package (over two weeks) to no avail. I received one email asking about the product’s condition and I answered - the product is unused and in the original packaging. I’ve not heard any thing since, even though I’ve sent follow up messages. Very frustrating and I wouldn’t order again based on this experience.

I recently bought one of their king-size blankets and it came with some stuff marks and a hole in the corner. I wrote to them and they got in touch with me quickly and said they would send me a replacement blanket as soon as possible. The blanket itself is amazing and so is the customer service.

It’s been in transit for 12 days and is one state away. Cant review.

I washed this duvet cover before putting it on my bed and it came out with a huge hole in it. No one has gotten back to me about replacing it or anything. Extremely disappointed, especially because it was 100 something dollars.

I really wanted to love the duvet cover because the monstera green color is so pretty but unfortunately it seems that the buttons to close the duvet cover are not very functional. I have woken up almost daily with my comforter coming out of the duvet cover and the buttons refuse to stay closed.

Order never received!

Customer service is very slow to respond. It’s been three weeks since I requested an exchange and it is still had not been processed. I have followed their instructions. I have not heard back from them in over a week.

There was mold on the box that my comforter cover came in. I don't know how it could get worse. Also, the company is now ghosting me after I tried to return. This is a scam.

I bought a pair of pillows to try for their 7 day trial. The day after receiving and sleeping on them I realized they are too firm for me. I requested a return label and NEVER HEARD BACK. it’s weeks now and I am still trying. But they did charge me! Will report to BBB and Yelp.

I filled this out for you last week. I bot the gingham sheet and pillowcase. They are absolutely beautiful and cool to sleep on in South FL. It's basically summer about 10 months out of the year.

Excellent customer service, quick and easy!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order in early August and were going into September. No tracking, no shopping no response. I’ve attempted multiple emails no reply. They sure do bill your card right away though. The product is really good everything around it is horrible. Terrible shipping, mismanagement , horrible customer service. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I didn’t want to buy submitted a better business bureau complaint.
