I’m upset I didn’t know it could only be cold washed. My comforter is now ruined.

Pillow is great, customer service is HORRIBLE. I said change order they couldn’t. Then I said cancel order they said they would they didn’t. Order arrived 3 months late.

These sheets are amazing! They feel so cozy I fall right asleep which is amazing because I use to toss and turn before I finally fell asleep. My husband loves it too. He burns out and is able to stay cool. Will be purchasing the pillowcases too!

First wash of the comforter left weird fuzzy things all over it. Almost like it’s tearing apart. I loved my last comforter but this one is no where near the quality I expected. So disappointed.

I fell asleep fine. When I woke up I had pain in my back.

I bought the pillow quite some time ago and haven’t received it yet so I honestly can’t say if the pillow is as good as they say

I’m not sure what they’ve changed. . but they’ve changed something. We had the Buffy sheet set for our Queen bed and loved them so much we invested in 3 sets. Recently, we upgraded our mattress to a King and were happy to re-invest in Buffy. Unfortunately the color is different, and most importantly the sheets don’t feel anything like our previous ones did (even on night 1). Bummer. Unrelated to the product, customer service has been extremely unreliable and unpleasant to correspond with. Feels like we’re ‘talking’ to AI because the critical thinking skills are lacking.

Can not get customer service to process my refund on my return or get an email response!! I’ve been ignored for days.

Purchased a set for the guest bed. Our first guest just left and commented on how nice the sheets were. Hope the others feel the same way!

I never received a receipt, only a Shopify notification. I’ve also never received my order.

Buffy unfortunately changed their formula for their Breeze sheets. They’re way too thick and scratchy. I miss the old formula which was so soft and cooling. I also reached out to customer service to get a refund and they have been extremely slow to respond.

This blanket is on my list of things I'd save in a fire.
