Our comforter starting pilling really bad within the first week of using it. Leaves fuzz everywhere. Besides that it is cozy and soft

You've yet to ship my product. Complete radio silence from both the shipper and the company as well. Give me my refund so that I may never deal with this brand again.

These pillows are life changing! They support your head so comfortably and stay so cool. I am so thankful I found them. I am buying more for all of our family members as Christmas presents.

I love the side sleeper pillow, and the cooling quilt is perfect. Luxury hotel quality (better I think!) and it's thin, but keeps you warm too. I'm so happy!

Honestly probably not what you think it is when you first get it. If you're expecting something luxuriously soft that's not it. However being made from recycled plastic it is actually soft it's almost like a camping material soft but softer than that. Perfectly good size throws the 50x70. I'm 6 ft tall and it covers me in this you know I want to cover my head. I got two of them and they are pet hair resistant and they keep you cool and warm at the same time more warmish. But really I run hot so that's why I was looking for a cooling blanket and these popped up. There's not a lot of fluff to them but amazingly enough it will keep you just the right temperature. These are not anything close to Rest bedding, but these are in fact good for cooling bc they don't trap heat and they're waaaay cheaper . I'm interested in their other products like their cooling blanket now for the bed but I need good sale or promo. It's pricey. These were a good deal at $47. 50. stain resistant and cat hair resistant like Rest Bedding . I'm so glad I got these. Almost wish I tried their cooling stuff first bc I already own a set of Rest bedding but I would say YES to trying these

Great product, great customer service.

On my 2nd set of replacements due to piling, shedding and the stuffing coming out of the seams. I used to love these blankets but what happened, supplier change due to tariffs or what? Also I bought duvet covers to see if that would help and well, those got lost in the mail. Overall not a good experience and I am bummed. No phone number for customer service so at the mercy of them responding via email.

Sheets and duvet are nice quality. However, I was sent the wrong color duvet and the customer service was terrible. I was engaging with a bot the entire time and it was clear to me that the bot could not recognize the nuance in my issues, as outlined in my emails. Additionally, the responses from the bot were initially prompt but became increasingly slower. It is incredibly frustrating that there is not a human contact or phone number. Orders understandably can get messed up - but having poor customer service to rectify the mistake is a problem…especially considering the price point.

Belgian Linen Sheets - King Size - Pesto --- Vibrant color, a warm green. Sheets were soft out of the package. Required multiple washes before use as the fabric shed a great amount. Still finding green fuzz. This linen is quite thin but feels durable. The fitted sheet stretches during use, causing bunching after a few nights. They offer the immediate warmth of flannel, but it is very difficult to overheat with these sheets. If I don't need to take advantage of their generous 3-year warranty, I would consider purchasing again. My only gripe was with shipping. Their shipping partners took 10+days to ship from CA to WA.

The texture of the comforter wasn’t for me but I was VERY impressed by the customer service. I wanted a cotton texture but it was a satin texture so I’d that’s for you then this is a wonderful product! My return process was so simple- I just donated to a goodwill!! Love that this company is giving back!

My 3rd comforter purchase and I’m spoiled for any other!

I’ve purchased multiple Buffy products and they’ve all been great. I have a few different pillows, the breeze comforter, and one of the puff blankets and have enjoyed them all. I liked the blanket so much I bought a second one in the same color. I think the quality is worth the price point, and everything has held up well.

Love our Buffy pillows! So very comfy. After the first night we took out some of the stuffing and put it in the convenient bag included with each pillow. It's great how you can adjust the pillows to fit your needs.
