I ordered 3 rhododendron bushes and 6 green giant arborvitaes. I work Friday Saturday and Sunday and don't get home till 11 at night. My plants arrived on Friday. When I got home Friday night I moved the boxes into the garage and unpacked the plants. I placed them in a room next to window and immediately watered them. I planted the rhododendrons on Monday morning and 3 of the trees Monday evening. The last 3 trees were planted Tuesday morning. I used the organic mix also. It came a good soaking rain for two days after I planted. All plants are doing well. This is my second order with Brighter Blooms and the roses I ordered in March are doing very well. Brighter Blooms is definitely my first choice for flowers, trees and shrubs.

Order, Communications, Delivery spot on and the size of the plants were larger than expected. Overall I could not be happier. I did buy the plant insurance but by the looks of the plants I will not need it.

I bought 3 emerald greens, which are absolutely beautiful and healthy. They were packaged very nicely and arrived quickly and safe. Oh and they were bigger than I was expecting. Shipping was not processed as promised on order & check out screens. Tried contacting company and once they replied, order had just been sent. Arrived 3-4 days later than advertised. Plants arrived in fair condition with many discolored or missing leaves. They were packaged well. Water did not sufficiently get plants to perk up. We followed all instructions & planted, but are doubtful these will turn out to be much. Expensive lesson in poor service. This is 1st-time we’ve bought plants online vs through local greenhouse & nursery and it will likely be the last too.

Hi, I live in zone 5 and ordered zone 6 fruit trees. I returned and get a refund. That is good. It will be nice if they found that the shipping addresss is 5 and ordered trees are for zone 6, before shipping, just confirm with the buyer that the product is not for buyers zone, It would be better. Mo from colorado

I ordered the Rose of Sharon Hibiscus. It arrived quickly and it was in very good shape. I am very pleased. Planted it right away (in the fall) and anxious for next spring and summer to see it in bloom!

The plants arrived for fall planting carefully packed in sturdy containers. All of my order arrived healthy and happy. The variety is terrific and the convenience is great too.
