Shipping was fast! The plants arrived upside down so some soil was in box. Roots were very tight and yellow in color, remainder soil was moist. Some leaves attached to plants were red/orange with black spots and lots of holes, they all fell by next day. I was told plants are in a dormant state right now so we’ll see in spring if buds start showing...We planted them following exact directions using exact method as it was emailed and suggested. Can’t wait to see how they turn out.

Living in Florida with a mom who insisted on having a Holly Plant for Christmas gave my wife and me a challenge. We spent a morning searching at stores that friends suggested that 'might' have them. It wasn't so. I went on line and found the Holly along with some great reviews and now I'm giving them a great review in regards to their purchase process. Couldn't have been easier and more important they deliver what they promise. They provided detailed instructions on planting the Holly along with what we can do to keep it healthy. Brighter blooms sells great looking and healthy citrus trees. The citrus trees I purchased and planted are thriving.

Received the lemon tree one day later than originally stated so my anniversary gift was one day late. Also, the tree did have a breakage of a top branch of the tree and the leaves look spotted yellow throughout the tree. I hope it survives! For $100 I feel it should look and be a lot healthier. This is noteworthy since I ordered from New Jersey in November and temperature was freezing. It's been 3 weeks and fewer than a dozen leaves have fallen (leaving about 200 on the tree) for which I'm grateful. Will order again. Thank you.

Out of 3 plants ordered, one was perfect, second so so and third I'm not sure is alive or if it will live.

My experience was good even though one of the plants arrived damaged,Two plants in one box the one on top turned over and broke the main stem perhaps this can be looked at and fixed .I called and talked to Tanya she was really informative told me just what to do was a pleasure to talk to.The new plant arrived on time an in great shape they seem to be happy Thanks Pete
