All three fruits trees arrived and only the banana tree leaves were all destroyed. I called and they said to trim it back and give it a few weeks .doing that now if it doesn't come back they will replace it. Good communication. The avacado tree and the lemon are both beautiful. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to a great fruit production.

Ordered an columnar apple tree. The box was to short by seven inches and the top snapped off. Sent pictures. Received email the next day a new tree was on the way. No email stating they were sorry that happened and we are sending you a new one. The second one arrived without any problems.

My daughter fell in love with a Magnolia tree she saw so I ordered one for her birthday. She lives it and has planted it in her front yard and cannot wait until it blooms!

Very healthy and surprisingly big

Everyone was very helpful taking care of an issue I had with some plants purchased earlier this year that had some issues with bugs. They helped identify the issue (rose bush mites) and got us headed off in a good direction for replacements, as well as answering questions in regards to pruning and some other care. Looking forward to seeing how everything turns out this spring.

I live in Southern California (zone 9). I ordered a Chicago hardy Olive Tree and a fig tree online. They came boxed very nicely. I planted them 2 weeks ago in pots ( for the first winter). I I'm very pleased to say they are doing quite well. Excited to see them grow.
