Plants received were healthy and I am pleased with the packing and customer service rep who offered me a quick replacement with express UPS shipping when the original somehow got sidetracked in the USPS system.

10 lavender plants arrived safely. I followed directions and took them out of box, watered, and put in shady place, protected from wind, until I could plant. I appreciated the special planting directions for the lavender. I've ordered jasmine, cherry tree, and now the lavender - and have been very pleased. Excited to see how they grow over the next year.

I ordered three 3-4 ft hollywood junipers and they arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve ordered quite a few shrubs and trees from Brighter Blooms and have always been impressed with the size, quality and excellent condition of all when they arrive.

I ordered three large trees for our new home that has huge windows and a cathedral ceiling, they arrived quickly and were packed extremely well. We've reported them and two are happy and enjoying the sun, however, the olive tree has now dropped most of its leaves and it's looking pretty sad and spindly, we're worried about it but know the plants have a 30 day warranty so if it doesn't make it we'll get another. We'll be ordering more plants from Better Blooms!!!!!

Tree looked healthy upon arrival and is planted and seems to be doing ok. My only disappointment is that in order to ship it in such a narrow box it appears one big branch on one side of the tree was cut off. I planted the tree with that side toward my house, but it definitely would look better with that branch intact

The plants arrived well-packaged. They were larger and healthier-looking than other mail order company's plants. The only reason for four rather than five stars is that one of the plants was not well-rooted in its pot and pulled right out, so I ended up having to plant it almost bare root. That being said, it seems to be thriving OK so far.

My dad bought a house about 2 years ago and has been talking about putting a lime tree in his huge kitchen bay window since he first moved in. It was never quite the right time for him to buy one for himself, so as a thank you for hosting our wedding reception, we ordered one from you for him. It is healthy and beautiful and he treats it like a new puppy. He's in love and I'm so pleased with the quality! My only suggestion would be to have specially marked boxes... As my dad's tree was delivered upside down (maybe they are and the delivery person just ignored it?) But as there was no damage to the tree, my dad's response was, "it just made all the blood rush to the leaves!" :) Thanks for a great experience!

The Hydrangea bushes that I ordered arrived well packaged and healthy. Planted them some time ago and all are doing well.
