Excellent

Great bag!

Shipped as promised.

I am in construction and travel often to visit jobsites. This bag has been great for me. With the garment carrier has been great because in addition to reducing wrinkles I can keep my clothes separate from my hardhat and work boots. The bag rolls well and fits easily in the overhead bin, and the compression feature has been helpful when I'm trying to fit toiletries and non-hanging clothes around the hardhat and boots.

To start, I believe that a “lifetime guaranty” should not mean that the customer has to pay approx. $30 to ship the suitcase to B&R. Also, the DIY process is nearly impossible without specialized tools due to the fitting to the suitcase and the use of screws that push into plastic rather than having receiving holes. The unsuccessful effort cost another $15. Also, the rubber “tires” on the wheels are of poor quality, as their peeling away from the wheels necessitated the repair in the first place. The repair itself was done well and promptly. Overall, far from a premium experience.

The suitcase showed up when they said it would.

Item arrived quickly, easy to order online, worth to order on their website though to get the personalization included

Everything was perfect. Too bad the quality of this particular item was subpar.
