I love that I was easily able to register my product for warranty. Shipping time was great.

As I said, I should not need to send the entire bag to a B&R service center to get warranty part coverage. I’m happy to do the repair at my expense, but I should not be charged for the parts.

I was happy to find the suitcase to match the one that I had purchased while in Vegas. I was disappointed in the cost, but happily surprised at this how fast I received my purchase. I don’t like that. I keep getting spammed by this company and asked to do these kinds of reviews.

recently purchased a Briggs & Riley backpack along with other items, bringing my total purchase to over $1,400. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and I wasn’t concerned about the monogram fee itself. However, at that price point, I believe the monogram service should have been included or waived as a courtesy. For a premium brand that emphasizes customer experience and lifetime value, small gestures like that go a long way in reinforcing loyalty.

I have yet to see my review for my large cargo backpack be included in the website. I was critical of how used and scratched up it looked and disappointed because it was my first purchase and experience with Briggs & Riley.
