Products arrived quickly and in great condition. The product preparation and shipping process as totally transparent, each state was visible. And we liked our in-cabin bag so much we bought a second one

no complaints

Yes...the bags REALLY are THAT AWESOME. Worth every penny.

Ordered online and it was easy and quick to get the suitcase. I was informed on when it was coming and could change the date if needed

Easily purchase on their site. Showed up faster than expected.

Phenomenal product.

great

This is probably my 10th purchase for Briggs and Riley for myself friends and family. Can’t say enough good things.

This backpack is amazing. Very comfortable and traveling with the back is very easy with many pockets. I would make only one change to the water bottle area to make it fit a stainless bottle since I store mine on top vs its pocket. Great job

Very well made. It appeared to be the best made of all of the underseat bags I looked at, so I bought it even though the price is astronomical for what it is.

Arrived on time (which is a HUGE deal this year) and all products registered - looking forward to wonderful travels!

This was a gift to my son and he was going to be out of town when the luggage arrived so Fed Ex held it for pick up when he returned home

easy peasy

Got the bag to me earlier than indicated and packed to protect the contents. Good job. Great bag. Solid company. My research paid off!

Been really happy either Briggs and Riley products and their lifetime guarantee!

Customer service is fantastic!

I ordered it, they sent it. As expected.

My wife and I bought several pieces of luggage and also packing cubes in addition to the sling bag. We were very pleased with all.

Timely shipping, and I appreciate the lifetime guarantee.

Great service
