I love my medium size cargo backpack. It is great quality and stylish. My only complaint is that it is larger than my previous Briggs & Riley backpack which I have had for 10 years.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the website, shopping, and shipping. The quality seems great so far, so I haven't had a chance/reason to use the guarantee. I also like that there aren't many of my bags at airports: it's very easy to recognize mine right away!

My experience has been great with Briggs and Riley the only issue is their courier which was fedex and is not the most reliable. They should look into better shipping options.
