I love my B&R luggage. This is my 6th piece. I do different types of traveling and need different types of luggage. B&R meets my needs.

The large spinner brief is too wide to fit underneath the airline seats. We contacted B&R as soon as we realized this, and all we would like is to exchange this for the smaller version so we can actually use it as a personal bag on our family trips. Customer service essentially said we’re stuck with what we bought, which is infuriating. How would we know the bag wouldn’t fit on a plane? B&R advertises this as “underseat luggage”. If B&R can’t stick behind their word, then there is no reason for us to remain customers.
