Appearance of bag was better than what pictures portray. Quality better than expected. Attention to detail was an apparent. Customer care response was very responsive prior to purchase. Emails answered early first available business day. Mild improvements: when suitcase lies flat and open on hard surface case tilts around handle it lies in — should have some either stabilizing bumpers to prevent tilting OR add more pocket holder(s) similar to one already between handle to prevent rocking. Consider bumper style that could add accessories like: retractable cup holder, small toiletry holder for short layovers between flights = freshen up, home or iPad holder for viewing, hooks for bags (duty free purchases or lunch etc). The bumper simply accept extra accessories while you solve rocking/ stability issue.

I forgot to add my request for monogram during the order process. I was able to contact customer service and submit a request after the fact. I received a prompt response and they successfully added my monogram. I also contacted customer service inquiring about the restocking of the j-hook. They were able to give me an estimated restock date. Unfortunately, the date came and went without being restocked. They let me know that they experienced supply issues and gave me an updated estimated date of availability. I also added a request for notification online for when the j-hook was restocked.

I requested a set of Monogram Initials for our daughter's Baseline set we gave her as a graduation gift. Our daughter, after years of hard work, received her doctoral degree from the University Of Florida. For those that do not know the colors at UF are Orange and Blue. The items we selected were the Baseline Navy with the Orange interior. My recent order from Briggs and Riley was for 2 of the Baseline Personalization Patches, one Navy/Silver Color Foil Monogram and one Navy - Embossed so she can pick how she would like to personalize her new luggage. I look forward to placing my next order for more of the Personalization Patches that she selects We are very happy being able to give her such quality products as a gift. We absolutely have enjoyed our Baseline set that we have had for years.

This is the 3rd set of luggage I've purchased from Briggs. I'll keep coming back as my needs change.
