I am new to this brand, and just started buying luggage from Briggs & Riley last year. . . I started with carry on pieces as I travel a lot for work. I love every piece I have, including this check-luggage piece which I used up to last week. I even get exited now when I pack. . . not that packing is fun, but if you are me and you travel a lot the smallest suitcase innovations make a meaning difference in time saved, organization, ability to carry more etc. It is also visually attractive. Since I have been using Briggs luggage I have been very happy.

Great support and product. Worth every penny. This is our first Briggs and Riley case but now we're only going to buy B&R cases. Nothing worse than a case that fails mid trip and we're confident that will never happen with our new carry on spinner.
