Shipping - on time

Super easy to install, great quality.

Arrived sooner than expected.

I love the no questions asked Customer Service replacing the wheels on my spinner bag.

Great experience as always.

Other than my previous comment The product is great

Whole process made easy! Thanks B&R!

The bags and production are excellent.

Okay

Quick shipping and quick response!

All services were great. The only feedback I have, is when we bought both… Fed Ex was super slow. Tracking would say one thing just to be delayed to a later date.

Great quality!

Quick service and excellent quality

Lovely prompt service

I have historically bought my Briggs and Riley luggage from a local luggage shop, where I can inspect and evaluate a new piece before I buy, but this time I ordered directly from the Briggs & Riley website. The website functions well, and the purchase/check-out/shipping processes all ran smoothly for me. Overall a pleasant purchase experience.

Came perfect, on time for my husbands Bday gift.

The shipping was fast and easy My only recommendation is to offer better colors

Carefully packaged and promptly delivered.

Shipping was much faster and arrived in perfect condition.
