Easy to order. Delivery was fast… too fast. I ordered the bag on a Wednesday and it arrived on a Friday. I had to scramble to have a neighbour to pick up the delivery as we were still away on vacation.

The shopping and delivery were perfect. However, I provided 4 stars due to an unexpected problem I encountered. After purchasing the bag I contacted customer care asking for receipt or invoice. The Customer Experience Representative kindly replied that "order confirmation is the only document we are able to provide as a receipt". This was a big spoiler to my experience. Reputable sellers provide receipt as part of shopping experience, without even asking. I urge "Briggs & Riley" to change your process and do the same.
