Great experience overall. Shipping was through FedEx and I had no complaints at all. Everything arrived quickly and in great condition. I also really appreciate that Briggs & Riley offers an airline employee discount. That was a nice bonus on a premium bag. I absolutely love the carry-on and would happily buy from them again.

Great product. Quick delivery

Love these suitcases. The colors are beautiful and the functionality is amazing.

Was quick and easy. Although I’m not thrilled I had to pay for shipping of the repair parts because all the approved repair centres in my city have closed.

Ordering products from the website is easy and delivery was fast

Got the Expandable Baseline Spinner Set - Used it 6-10 times this past year. Best luggage set I’ve owned so far!!! Makes organized packing so much easier & the expandable feature comes in so handy after all the holiday shopping. Love it! I wish they sold luggage covers too. Reason being I love to care for my things and don’t want my 3-piece looking new for as long as I can. The only drawback to owning these is that they’re a hit with the wife and she’s been using these non-stop. Her usage is a bit rough & I have to give my Briggs & Riley a mini spa session every-time they travel with her. Don’t think twice - Buy these! Waiting for a sale or some discount codes to land in my inbox so I can gift my wife her own set.

Perfect! He loves his gift!

Received it a head of scheduled and well packed. Keep the good work

Thrilled with this bag that I purchased as a gift for my husband to replace his Briggs & Riley that he’s had for 10 years. Design, space, quality… It is the perfect bag. The monogram added personalized touch. He couldn’t be happier.

Quick shipping and a fantastic, stylish tote. The quality one would expect!

Everything good, on time, easy, it arrived perfectly

Arrived as expected.

So spacious and easy to roll. I don’t have a sore shoulder this trip from dragging around my old roller bag!

Satisfied.

Easy to order and was delivered quickly.

Love the product. There was a concern of the tracking number and getting delivery notification. It appeared my delivery went somewhere else different city and tried to get someone on the phone to discuss. Turns out that the tracking number was wrong when I got my delivery. All good at the end but it would be nice to get a person on the phone when needed.

Easy to order an excellent quality. Also arrived promptly.
