I have ordered from Breck's 40+ years. Most of the plants are great. Some (nature/packing) are not. For the most part, the plants are lovely and reliable. Customer service is excellent and their lifetime guarantee is outstanding.

Buying from Breck’s because almost everything I’ve bought from them has grown nicely. The one thing that didn’t was promptly refunded.

I’ve been ordering from Breck’s for 30 years. The catalogue and Website always shows such beautiful bulbs and plants that are true to what they look like when they bloom. I will continue to order the plants and bulbs every yea. They truly have a very large selection of plants that I haven’t seen anywhere else. The service I get from Brecks makes me feel special because if something gets delivered wrong or if there is a problem which is never often they take care of it immediately by replacing the item and sending free of charges Their beautiful plants Grace our Memorial garden we planted for my son after he passed away from cancer in 2025. I have been a Breck's customer for over 20 years. Only once have I had an issue where my plants did not grow. And true to their word, when I let them know that I had an issue they immediately since replacement plants. No problems, no questions, no pictures, no investigation, they simply held true to their word, and made me a happy customer with a beautiful garden. Let me correct that they made me a happy customer with a beautiful Breck's garden. That was three states ago and now I'm starting a new Breck's Garden.

This is my 2 years of ordering flowers plants from Brecks but I’ve seen only one showed up a flower. Most of them died. I have 3 sprouting so far and hopefully they will survive at winter time. I have coming plants on the mail as replacement plus this new order. I’m excited and hopefully I will be lucky this time.
