" so sorry it didn't grow, here is a certificate to make up for it" Then you have to buy something of the same value and also more to reach the 99$ free shipping. And on and on it goes. . . . Out of about 22 bulbs, 2 have been successful.

Breck’s is great because they guarantee their plants. Five of them did not come out for me last year. They are sending out five plants in fall. I thought that was great. Thank you, Breck’s.

Customer service is very good. Brecks reimbursed me for plants from another order that didn't grow. Ordering process is easy. I'll reserve the 5th star to see if I get the colors of flowers I ordered. That hasn't always been the case.

I have ordered many bulbs, flowers, etc. from Brecks since buying my home back in 1988. I would say that overall, almost everything I purchased still blooms, some more prolific than others, but my Tulips, Peonies, and Lilies continue to surprise me each year. Next year, I would like to get to know the PIGSQUEAK!

I had purchased 2 sweet william packages on April 20. They were shipped in early May and I planted them right away. Sadly, the plants did not grow in their container soil, whereas other plants in the same area and same planting conditions performed well. After I informed Breck's of the situation, they quickly gave me a credit for these plants. I just placed an order for some different plants to ship this fall. I appreciate their courtesy and policy of standing behind their products and correcting any problem with the plants' performance.
