I have been impressed with Breck’s customer service. We had ordered a particular Iris bulb; the bulb was delivered sans any roots. I quickly wrote Breck’s & immediately was told that they would replace the bulb. In a few weeks the new bulb was replaced & planted. We are awaiting Spring & the blooming Iris. We’ve been satisfied with our purchases from Breck’s.

Great products and I love the life time guarantee option. Great selection of tulips, dahlias , peonies, and all my favorite cut flowers. And the box is very pretty.

For some reason there was very little information regarding how to plant these bulbs. I would suggest you provide more details in the future.

withholding any comments regarding the plants I ordered until I see results in the Spring. There was one packet that had nothing in it and they quickly responded with a credit and additional, reduced price, replacement, since the one that didn't arrive was out of stock. Customer service was great

First time buyer. Ordered a number of items on line. Sent them all in separate boxes different days. Some with only one bulb. Then a few of my items never arrived and received a postcard saying out of stock. Everything was end of season discounts. Will see in spring what comes up. Bulbs all in very good shape when they arrived.

I have ordered from Brecks several times. I am happy with all the plant roots I have ordered in the past. Especially with daylilies. They grow bug and beautiful. I know that sometimes some plants don't do well due to our weather or where in was planted. I take that into consideration. I don't ask for refunds unless the plant or roots are not healthy. So far I am a happy customer. Thank you Brecks.
