Great service !

Bookaway managed to secure a vehicle for us even though we booked very close to our trip date. The vehicle itself was comfortable, and the driver was professional, kind, and helpful throughout the journey. However, their customer service and policies need improvement. We tried to cancel the booking just few hours after making it, but our request was refused. While the actual transport experience was great, Bookaway needs to do better with booking flexibility and customer support.
