A confusing and frustrating experience with Book Away overall. My booking was amended less than 24 hours before arrival, changing the original 7:00pm pickup time to 5:35pm, the exact arrival time of my flight. This was confusing because the policy stated I needed to be in the pickup zone 30 minutes before arrival. Since I had already provided my flight details, I requested a refund due to the sudden change. When I contacted Book Away, I was initially given the runaround by three different representatives before someone finally clarified that the operator was still picking me up and that the time had only been updated to track my flight. This could have been communicated much more clearly from the start and would have avoided a lot of unnecessary stress. The poor communication and lack of consistency in customer support made the whole process frustrating.
