Instead of a minivan it was a car, luckily our bags and the other guest fit. slightly late however we made it on time to Antigua so overall happy.

Seemless experience of booking!

I booked a bus from Wadi Rum to Amman, which was advertised as a direct journey taking around 4 hours, with an expected arrival time of 12:30 PM. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I've had. At first, everything seemed fine. A coaster bus picked me up from the designated boarding point. However, instead of continuing to Amman, the driver dropped me at a nearby petrol station and informed me that another bus would pick me up and take me to my destination. Although this was unexpected, I was still okay with it. When the next bus arrived, I was shocked by its condition. It was an old public transport bus that was far below the standard I expected when booking through Bookaway. Since I needed to get to Amman, I had no choice but to continue the journey. The problems didn't end there. The driver stopped frequently to pick up passengers along the route, turning what was supposed to be a direct trip into a local bus service. After about two hours, the bus stopped again, and the driver announced that everyone had to change buses because that bus would not continue to Amman. All passengers were forced to transfer to yet another bus. As a result of these multiple bus changes and constant stops, I arrived at my destination more than two hours later than scheduled. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely different from what was advertised. It was my first time using Bookaway, and it may very well be my last. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
