I booked a round trip overnight sleeper bus for my girlfriend and i. we had some trouble on the way with a very rude driver. not the fault of bookaway or go anywhere. a problem with the bus line. i reported what happened and the customer service we received from Joyce saved our trip. she went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have the same driver going home. she even got me a refund for the grab we called since we refused to get back on this drivers bus for the last transfer of our arrival. i never expected that. that was all Joyce. her professionalism and attention to details making sure our return was flawless was deeply appreciated. i hope go anywhere and bookaway realize what a great asset they have in Joyce. thank you again!!
