We took a shuttle today from La Fortuna to Santa Teresa and were incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Our first driver, I believe his name was Miguel, was absolutely outstanding. My daughter became unwell during the drive, and Miguel went above and beyond to make sure she, and all of us, were comfortable and cared for. His kindness, patience, and calm presence made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. He was truly one of the most pleasant and thoughtful drivers we’ve ever had. Because of him, this trip was smooth, safe, and genuinely enjoyable. I cannot recommend him or this company enough and will absolutely use your service again whenever we need transportation in Costa Rica.
