Love my sheets and blanket!

I do love your products. But the cost is out of my price range. It would be nice to have higher than 15% off for Mothers Day-I mean, WE do it ALL!!!! It doesn’t seem that you genuinely try to give decent percentage off sales. At a time when money is so tight, it’s hard to even think about purchasing bedding…….

I received my order from B & B and the shipping box was severely damaged. My blanket was exposed and had come in contact with some dirt. I photographed the box and sent the photo to B & B. I received an email from a B & B representative (Katie). Katie said B & B would send me another blanket and I could give the one I had received to a worthy cause. I told Katie I had intended to wash the blanket and if the dirt was cleaned and left no discoloration, I intended to keep the blanket. I washed the blanket and there was no sign of discoloration. I emailed B & B and advised them I was keeping the blanket. This is not the first item I purchased from B & B. The blanket is top quqlity, as you would expext from B & B. I know now that B & B representatives are of the same quality as the bedding that they sell. Katie is a true professional and an asset to B & B, George

I made a comment on Instagram about how I wish I knew about the percale sheets because the signature sheets I bought were way too hot and I truly wasn’t expecting a reply back. But the customer service I received back was so amazing! I was more than happy with the solution she came back with! I’m definitely staying a customer now.

I have been buying sheets and pillows from Boll and Branch for a few years and find they are the best on the market. The quality of the sheets are amazing. The softest and they hold up to washing really well. The pillows are equally as good. I stick by this product also for their great customer service and commitment to keeping organic and safe.

My order was a replacement order as UPS had delivered original order to wrong address. Kailee in customer service was very helpful in sending out a replacement immediately.

I purchased a goose duvet. It was very warm( medium weight) I was disappointed in the cotton cover. I thought it should have been a better quality, considering Boll & Branch is a reputable company. I’m returning it for a refund. The employee who sent the message was very prompt & kind. I did purchase sheets some time ago. They are good quality & love them. My wife did not want me to buy the sheets in the beginning. After getting the sheets she was a true believer. Neither of us can believe that it took us so long to purchase sheets of this caliber. We both definitely notice a difference after a nights sleep in these sheets. It is an investment to purchase the bill and branch products but it was well worth it especially if you can get them during a promotion. We have the bath towel, hand towels, and bath mat in addition to a set of the percale sheets. With this purchase we received a free sweater knit throw and that throw is the best small blanket I have ever fathomed in my life. Every night it’s a fight between my wife my dog and myself on who gets that throw. We already have plans for the next order from bill and branch. We just want to wait for the Mother’s Day promotion. At that time we will be buying sheets for ourselves and my mother in-law. Plus I guarantee I will be compelled to buy a couple other items. I want people to know that me and my wife are just regular people with regular jobs and we can not afford to make purchases like this all the time so when we do it has to be worth it. You spend close to 50% of your life in your bed. The difference these sheets make in your life are definitely worth the price.

I had a problem with an order I received and customer service helped me with the return and made it very easy. I'll purchase another set as I do really like the organic sheets.

I received my order of a cal king down duvet insert a few days ago and am so happy with the quality and comfort of my product. It was a little pricey AND I think it is worth every penny. The order came fairly quickly and when I reached out to customer service they responded within twelve hours with an answer to a question I had about the product. My item came in a secure well sealed box to my home. Overall I am very pleased with my duvet insert and my experience so far with Boll and Branch.

We own a king size set of white bed sheets, pillow cases & duve cover. They are by far the softest & brightest white colour bed sheets we have ever owned. We LOVE them. We will only buy from Boll & Brand going forward. They are simply the best. It was our decorator who suggested this brand to us. You will LOVE them!!!
