I am so pleased with the bedding I received from Boll and Branch. They are exactly as advertised. The fiber bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the sheets are awesome. I am so happy with them. I was concerned they would be sent to my work address on the weekend but Katie in customer service calmed me and I received them exactly how I wanted. Thank you for hiring all the folks who helped in bringing me these linens. Good help can sometimes be hard to find but you nailed it. Thanks again.

Absolutely love my new sheets!!

I've been waiting for this sale to order a blanket we wanted, but it was sold out. I reached out hoping they could tell me if they would restock before the sale was over. I was so surprised when the response I got back was that they had located the item in a store, had them hold it, and all I had to do was call and pay for it! The store was also a delight to work with and made the transaction easy. So nice to find excellent customer service still exists.

I ordered a bundle with duvet, pillows and pillow protectors. One of the things I like most about the products is that they are sustainable and cruelty free. I found with the pillows that they do lose some of their firmness with time. And that was actually for me. I ordered the all-season duvet and will say that it is warmer than other all season duvets on the market. I live in a cold climate, but sleep hot. Mission, the duvet is a little bit noisier than other ones I’ve used. It doesn’t really bother me, but if that’s a problem for you, it is a consideration.

The sheets are soft and generous in size. They wash well and come out of the dryer with few wrinkles. Very high quality.

I love the material your sheets are made of but newer mattresses are thinner and deep pocket bottom sheets are not necessary. Your 100% cotton stretches out after a couple days and no amounts of corner clips, mattress pads underneath or bands around the mattress can hold them in place. Please consider offering more shallow pocket sheets.
