I purchased two fitted king sheets at the end of January and both developed some holes after 3 months. Having used these same sheets for over 4-years, I called and discussed this with Katie. A day later, she had replaced both sheets at not cost and was most helpful. Lee--South Carolina

This is our go to shop for all our organic bedding. The product line is great, continuously adding new items, the delivery times are excellent, and if there are questions or concerns, they are addressed immediately. We will continue to order from this company because of the conditions mentioned above. We are in the process of moving and are just waiting to order all new sheets for our new home. Thank Boll & Branch. Also, we have sent many Christmas gifts direct from the store and they have always arrived in excellent condition.

I had hoped the duvet cover would have have a smoother, more polished look. I will iron and see if that helps.

Signature Hemmed Sheets and Comforter- Amazing sheets! I started with pillow cases first then purchased sheets and comforter. My Third Order :I have now the pillows and fiber pillow topper... WOW- LOVE My purchases so far!! I will see what else we may try. SO FAR SO GOOD. First order delivered 2-3 day and Second Order Took longer to receive. So Far, I Love Signature Sheets and Comforter - Very classy and the the sheets feel so soft- wonderful - As for the Fiberbed Mattress topper: AMAZING! Feels like a cloud and You do NOT want to get out of the bed! Boll & Branch products so far have been an Absolute Experience that You DO NOT Want to Wait to experience- Give the Sheets/Comforters/Mattress topper(s) a Try and see what you think. I am still trying different items....BUT NOTHING But Amazing so Far!! Waiting for Another Sale.....

These sheets are soft and firm at the same time. Not so flimsy that they get wrapped around me when turn in my sleep. We slept so much better on the first night! The blanket is luxurious and just the right weight. I’m hiding it so nobody else can use it. 😂

I’ve been looking for that perfect waffle blanket for years and found it at Boll & Branch. I was attracted to the organic cotton and ordered two. I was so impressed by the quality of the blankets; substantial yet breathable, beautiful and functional, washed and dried perfectly and didn’t have any toxic smell like so many other fabrics do these days! The clean, organic quality of Boll & Branch truly sets the standard. I was so impressed by the blankets (and their sales!) that I purchased sheets, pillows and pillow protectors. Yes, the prices are steep, but these products are heirloom quality. With Boll & Branch you definitely get what you pay for and each product is outstanding and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Put aside that my wife and I have been buying the sheets duvets and many other products for over 10 years . And most recently we bought the pre washed duvet , this is our new favorite. We were reached out to by Lauren and I responded with a request. Most companies would have given excuses why they could not do it and provide an apology. Lauren without ever responding took care of it above and beyond our expectations. Then we got a personal note from Missy as well. People these days are lose site of customer service not B&B. I’m forever grateful that thrh still operate on a world class level

My first experience with B&B has far and away left most other brands in the dust. Product quality and packaging easily makes it a step above the rest.

The response to my comment was quick and helpful. I was disappointed that you do not have single flat sheets that match all your sets but she doesn’t control that or your website. I find it difficult to use and often just give up. The flashing has more than once initiated a migraine.
