The attention and care I was afforded by B&B was second to none. Amazing customer service!

Just love the plush and softness of our towels! Amazing how large the regular bath towel is! Customer service…second to no one! Helpful, efficient and truly kind! Kudos Boll and Branch!!!

i have one set of boll and branch linen sheets,i truly love love love them,i did purchase mine when they were $300ish and it was a stretch but its totally worth it,if you can swing it chang over to only linen. im sure i will purchase another set in the future, they are life savers for women going through the change as they are light airy and breathable ,i rarely have night sweats since i changed to linen :) melissa

I look forward to my comfy new mattress from Boll & Branch and it is countdown to delivery time! The warranty process proceeded smoothly for me.

This is our second set of these lovely sheets. They are beautiful, soft, and durable.

Loved the open night stand but it is too short. Please make a taller night stand to go with pillow top mattresses

There was an issue with my sheets after a few years. Their customer service reps were so quick to respond and help me figure out the issue! The sheets are my favorite by far! They don't hold heat in and are super crisp. Aaaaand they get better with every wash!

I love these sheets!! Soft, comfortable and durable. Also, customer service is elite… I won’t buy sheets anywhere else.

I recently purchased a set of sheets and a duvet cover and I have never owned anything nicer or of higher quality. The duvet cover is luxurious and looks like a million bucks. My husband can't say enough great things about the sheets. Also, I decided to order the Duvet cover after I had already placed the order for my sheets but Customer Service was kind enough to honor the free gift offer which was great. Will absolutely be a return customer.

I bought a set of king size sheets a couple years ago. That size no longer exists. Unfortunately you now make them bigger. If you ever go back to the size I need I will buy another set. I would also like to see the ability to buy individual sheets and pillow cases.

I love all of my Boll & Branch sheets and towels. They have spoiled me to use anything else. The delivery is really fast. They always have what I’m looking for.

Great products, great customer service

I’m very happy with our new Boll and Branch bedding. It’s everything it’s cracked up to be! It has been a smooth transition to this excellent bedding. We are thrilled!

Great presentation upon arrival. We ordered the Percale and they are nice but not as crisp as we enjoy.

I am disappointed in the towels. They are not as soft as I was hoping they would be, after they are washed. .

When my credit appeared to be delayed a customer service representative stepped in and addressed it immediately!

Not worth the price

Helpful, friendly and very satisfied with employee

I have purchased 6 sets of sheets from B&B. Some for me and some for my family. Recently I purchased a set of percale hydrangea blue sheets and couldn’t be more disappointed. They are so thin and wrinkle terribly. I have other percale sheets from them but none this thin. Then a pair I had purchased and washed maybe 3 times developed a small hole in them and that hole expanded so quickly like it was a Kleenex. I think I’m done with B&B sheets. The amount of money I have spent on sheets and to be this unhappy with them just isn’t worth it for me. It’s almost like the quality of them has changed and gotten thinner and thinner. I just wanted to be honest and seeings they asked for a review this is how I feel.

Great products
