I do love your products. But the cost is out of my price range. It would be nice to have higher than 15% off for Mothers Day-I mean, WE do it ALL!!!! It doesn’t seem that you genuinely try to give decent percentage off sales. At a time when money is so tight, it’s hard to even think about purchasing bedding…….

I received my order from B & B and the shipping box was severely damaged. My blanket was exposed and had come in contact with some dirt. I photographed the box and sent the photo to B & B. I received an email from a B & B representative (Katie). Katie said B & B would send me another blanket and I could give the one I had received to a worthy cause. I told Katie I had intended to wash the blanket and if the dirt was cleaned and left no discoloration, I intended to keep the blanket. I washed the blanket and there was no sign of discoloration. I emailed B & B and advised them I was keeping the blanket. This is not the first item I purchased from B & B. The blanket is top quqlity, as you would expext from B & B. I know now that B & B representatives are of the same quality as the bedding that they sell. Katie is a true professional and an asset to B & B, George
