For years, we had LL Bean Percale sheet set, but the Boll & Branch Signature sheets are so much better! Initially, we had some questions, so we emailed and called. Customer service was great and we nailed down our purchase and as the husband, I couldn't be happier (Happy wife, happy life -- LOL). Thank you so much for having excellent products and support!

These are my favorite sheets! They are so fabulous and soft.

Perfectly shaped (length and width) Alternative Down Body Pillow. The only thing that would make it better is if the corners were rounded so they didn’t poke you in the face. Also, I sleep hot so was hoping you had a cool and crisp pillow case for this Body Pillow.

Everything I have ordered has been incredible quality! Shipping is fast. Customer service has been wonderful even when I've had to make returns or exchanges. Love this company!!

Boll and Branch is the only retailer I will purchase my bedding from. The quality and customer service are second to none. I have many choices in upscale bedding, but Boll and Branch is my go to!

Have tried several Boll & Branch items for the first time. My guest and I both have enjoyed the items that we have used so far.

The best!

Very helpful replacing the wrong style sheets.

I recently purchased the lightweight king blanket. We absolutely love it! I was looking for a new blanket which would be light enough that I would not wake up warm each night as had been happening. This blanket is perfect. It arrived timely and beautifully wrapped in a lovely box. It also washed and dried beautifully. I highly recommend this wonderful blanket.

Your product (down duvet) was great, it was just still too warm for me and I returned it. The lady I called at your company was very nice and helpful. Thanks again!

I recently made my long-awaited purchase of Boll & Branch bedding products. Because they offer so many outstanding ideas, it took some time to figure out, but what made the process easy is their 30-day return policy. This gave me the opportunity to try a couple color combinations. I'd definitely recommend Boll & Branch to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-end solution for their bedding.

I was introduced to this brand a few years ago by a friend and since then have not purchased my bedding from another brand. My Boll and Branch sheets even after many years of washing are still soft and comfortable and the colors still vibrant. I also have a couple of quilts and shams as well as pajamas and a robe. I love the Boll and Branch products!

The sheets are really beautiful and soft and the comforter is amazing. I mean, I just don’t know what to say. It’s very lovely and comfortable.

The sheets are so soft and comfy!!! Packaging was very nice.

i recently purchased both signature & percale sheet sets and they are fantastic. they are quality & luxury.

Great customer service when I missed the free gift offer with my recent purchase. They made good after I called. Love the quality and the service!

I just received my sheets and mattress cover. I am sorry I waited so long to get my new sheets! Even my husband noticed the new sheets!

Amazing quality towels, soft and very plush. The order was boxed beautifully and shipped without delay.

The sales associate who helped me in the store was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions regarding the various types of sheets available. He got fabric samples as requested and placed an order for one set of sheets to be shipped/delivered to me. I ordered sheets before letting my husband check out the samples so that I could take advantage of the sale prices. My sheets were delivered in less than a week and are on the bed as I type. Customer service is obviously prioritized and valued at Boll & Branch which is not always the case these days and was much appreciated. .

I have just started buying Boll and Branch items this year. Every item I have bought has been high quality. One item was found to be damaged when I first received it. Kelly from customer service took care of the problem. She quickly refunded me since the item was sold out in the color I wanted with no hassles or waiting for a response. I would happily buy from them again and will recommend them to family and friends.
