I am extremely happy with my Boll & Branch purchase. The quality of the bedding is exceptional, and every item feels soft, comfortable, and beautifully made. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive. I would also like to thank the customer service team, especially Victor, for his prompt, professional, and thoughtful assistance. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the excellent support I received. I highly recommend Boll & Branch to anyone looking for premium bedding and outstanding customer service. Thank you!

For me, the absolute best summer night's sleep consists of slipping between smooth, percale sheets, with the windows open after the heat of the day has dissipated, sleeping to the background music of toads, frogs, and an occasional Screech Owl 'whinny'. The world falls away. *magic* I have had my current B&B percale set about 2 years now. I confess, as much as I adore them, I think after every wash I would unconsciously compare them to a really old set of percale sheets to see "are they there yet?" And yes, I think they are at that blissful stage now. In fact, the 4-legged keeps trying to submarine herself between my sheets now which is not allowed. She knows what feels good. So this second set, the washed percale, are a welcome addition to my collection and happily arrived "almost there" because of course I now have to compare to my older B&B percale set. Hah! With good sheets time is your friend. And what probably does not get said often enough about Boll and Branch is the generous sizing of their sheets! I'm sure a lot of couples appreciate that. I am not wealthy by a long shot but I treat my bedroom as a sanctuary; my treat to my own health and well being. Boll and Branch linens are an _investment_ in yourself. I believe it was 10 years ago I bought my first set of signature sheets (still in perfect condition), followed up by a second set of signature sheets, my first percale set, and now these so I can rotate through the seasons. They last, and only get better with time if you take care of them. I also have their down/feather pillow my brother laughed at (it IS huge) but, as a side sleeper, that support matters, also, and the quality has held for years. Soft organic sheets, supportive pillow made of natural stuffings, and I am a happy camper. Next on my list is a lightweight blanket. Someday! No polyester sheets or memory foam pillows for me. I am a cancer survivor and restful, healthy sleep was better than medicine to my recovery (and no off-gassing of...

Love the robe, plus the exchange/return processes were very easy

We bought the Vintage Bundle with duvet cover & sheets. . . its like sleeping in a cloud of softness. We love them & so happy we splurged on these delicious linens!

My top sheet got a small worn hole in the hemmed area that I couldn’t hide. I replaced it with another top sheet. Didn’t have to buy a whole set :) customer service great in helping me with a discount code and arriving in time for my guests!

The staff is professional, courteous and responsive. The product is exceptional and I especially love the signature series.

I just bought my 6th or 7th set of sheets, they are awesome, very soft.

I bought the down pillows. They are absolutely the best pillows I have ever owned.

Love my new percale sheets; just wish they were a little lighter & crispier. Great quality for sure.

The linen sheets we purchased are simply amazing! They are cooling right now in the middle of a very hot summer and yet I am certain that they will be cozy and warming when the weather changes to a cold autumn and winter! The sheets wash well and are amazingly soft - wrinkles are minimal and the few that are there are very easy to ignore! I would highly recommend the linen sheets! ** We also received a set of towels as a purchase gift and similar to the sheets, they are also soft and lovely! Boll & Branch has been easy to work with and their customer service is the best!

Excellent service once reached a person to assist with an exchange of unused item for different color of same item.

Once you go B&B, you done go back! These are the best sheets that anyone deserves to have for themselves. They keep me cool at night so I have a well rested sleep and don’t want to get up feeling.

Fabulous, soft sheets. Great, friendly service.

Gave me great advice and service.

So happy I finally ordered the dream duvet! I will use on its own for summer, then add an insert for winter. It is so soft!! And I love the huge body pillow with cover! It’s beautiful.

We were looking for a crisper sheet than Signature- we wanted something that wouldn’t stretch out so much… it’s only first use but these may fit the bill. And I love the color. Shipping was delayed -not the fault of Boll and Branch, but staffing issues by UPS created a 2 day delay and the boxes were crushed upon arrival.

The support team has committed to replacing a product pillow top I purchased some time ago. We thank them for their great customer service

After receiving the waffle blanket I unpacked and washed it immediately. Bad choice on my part because it looks so terrible I hated to put it on my bed. It’s all snagged up after 1st wash. My husband hates it so bad because it’s scratchy and not soft at all. He asked me to take it off and put our old blank back on. Bummer, B&B is my fav bedding shop and i have been a repeat customer for years.

Bought new Boll & Branch Sheets when I upgraded to a King Size Bed. Disappointed to find out that the sheets not longer came with the sheet cases but when I reached out to customer service the sheet cases were sent out right away. The boxes that these come in are beautiful and make always makes the purchase even more special when the sheets arrive. My only suggestion would be to start including the sheet cases again in the same fabric and color as the sheets. After my neighbors saw my new sheets she is ordering a set(s) for herself.
