It took quite a while to receive my ring, but it could be because it was ordered around the holidays. The ring is beautiful! I was apprehensive about the lab-grown diamonds, but they look like a diamond should look.

I bought earrings for my wife. One doesn't attach so we need to return it. Maybe this doesn't happen very often but this is my first purchase from you and a huge frustration because I don't have a lot of extra time to deal with the return. Just being honest.

Bought my wife diamond studs. They arrived quickly but as soon as I saw them I knew they had to be larger. Customer Service agent made the return super easy. Larger replacements arrived right on time. Of course my wife loves them! ( pro tip, order a size or two larger, she’ll love you for it)

Truly exceptional customer service. We purchased an Eternity Ring for my wife but on delivery it was tight. Blue Nile immediately offered to exchange the ring for a larger size at no extra cost. I purchased my ring on a black Friday sale. It did not fit so I sent it back for a resize immediately, next day. It's not January 11th, a month later, and no. ring. I reached out to customer service and they said there's nothing they can do. Resizing and shipping time is. ridiculous. Will see if I can just return it. Next time going with a local jeweler.

The process for purchasing jewelry for my wife was excellent. Scheduled an appointment online, sales professional was on time, he was knowledgable, patient and the necklace and earings were stunning. Made for a very merry Christmas!

While I would not purchase much form here full price, I find that the discounted items are a good value. The stone quality is good, much better than you would expect from an online company. I would definitely recommend/potentially buy more from the store.

Beautiful bracelet, the blue topaz are big enough to be appreciated but still delicate on the wrist. Great quality as I've come to expect from the Blue Nile.

Easy process with great customer service.

I ordered a ring it didn’t arrive on time so they did a return to sender. It’s now been almost a month. I never got the ring and haven’t gotten my money back even though they got the ring back one day after shipping. I bought it on a cc which I pay off monthly I didn’t pay that part off because it was supposed to be refunded now I’m paying interest on a product I never received. Blue Nile used to be great I’m guessing they were bought by private equity and now it’s pretty terrible. You would buy a ring and they would warranty it now that’s extra. They will probably start adding monthly or yearly service fees next. I wanted to give my wife was ring for Christmas now I’m just sending a bunch of emails begging them to give me my money back for a ring I never even saw in person.

The design is as pictured, but the earring backing is very difficult to remove. All my other earrings are much easier to take on and off. I think this butterfly backing hole was made too small.
