Blue Nile staff and products are top quality. The ring I ordered was a quarter size too small. I had such attentive professional communication throughout my whole process, both in the first order and the receiving of it and in the exchange that was needed, as well as the instructions for how to get it back to them. These were all done by phone and email with a real human in a prompt way. (A knowledgeable, very attentive and polite human!) The ring came back as beautiful as it first arrived, in perfection and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Blue Nile!

The return process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. After sending back my item, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for Blue Nile to inspect the return and process my refund — with little to no communication in the meantime. For a company that markets itself as a premium jewelry retailer, this experience fell far short of expectations. I'd think twice before purchasing again knowing how difficult it is to get your money back.
