Clerks were confused on store. with exchange of necklace. Not good documentation, notes on email . Agent on phone did not made exchange notes clear for in person clear for smooth return/exchange.

The diamond earrings arrived on time and look Great! However the backing plate did not hold /secure the stud diamond in place. I called for a replacement backing. Blue Nile sent it after 5 day delay. The backing arrived but then did not fit. I informed Blue Nile and they did immediately arrange a shipping order to send the earrings back too the office for the jeweler to fit up. Told it is 6 weeks to complete the job. So, bottom line -I don’t have the item I paid for and my wife is Disappointed. Hard to give you a 5 star review

Necklace arrived defective. A family member was hospitalized and I wasn’t able to exchange the item. Now I’m stuck with defective jewelry.

I ordered (online) 2 ct. diamond earrings for my girlfriend. Shipping was fast and the earrings were securely packaged and sent to a local UPS store for pick-up. I would buy from Blue Nile again.

I had a return for a necklace and a pair of earrings from Christmas. Shipping the item back was simply and quick, however because of the holiday, the refund and return replacement earrings was going to take upto 4 weeks. ! But, I called in and talked to Josh and he greatly sped up the process! In the end, it took 2 1/2 weeks to get the return refund and the return earrings to my home. So I give Josh 5 stars, but over all 4 stars for the initial very slow return time. Call Josh at Ext. 5057 to get great customer service! Great job Josh, kept up the excellent customer service!
