Ordered a tennis necklace on June 28th at the store to be delivered at the store. Received a notification it was delivered. Walked over to the store tried it on, did not like how it laid so made the return right there at the store. Necklace never left the store. They could not process the return until the next day. I called the next day to ensure it was processed and was told the system was still not allowing the return. I receive an email to return the necklace. Well I was not in possession of the necklace as it never left the store. I called Customer Service with my concern and the representative said it was a system error and to ignore it as the system shows the necklace was being delivered from the store to them via FedEx to be delivered that same day. The disappointment was that I was the one calling for an update on the return and then the email was extremely upsetting. It is July 18th and I have yet to receive the credit back on my card. No email update to date saying they received the necklace and an expected date of funds to be returned. Yet I get a call from the store representative saying she got notified of the email and I should ignore it but a little too late. Then tries to sell me a discounted necklace close to what I paid for the one being returned but bigger in Ct. I told her I want my return on my purchase before I would even consider making another purchase. I was told the return would be quick and simple. Yet it’s been more of an inconvenience and an experience I was trying to avoid by having it delivered directly to the store. Hoping the credit appears very soon on my card as it has been 3 weeks since it was returned. Terrible experience and hoping they do the right thing to return my funds.

Im so disappointed with these earrings. While they were beautiful, I had them for less than a month and had repeated issues with the earring backs. The last time I wore them the back came loose and one of the earrings was lost. So disappointing to send a substantial amount of money just to lose an earring due to defective backs.

Diamond came in scratched and smudged. Exchange policy is terrible and takes way too long. Had to gift the earrings as is to not risk the exchange arriving on time (1 month later). As someone who would’ve bought engagement ring with blue nile and many more gifts , I am seriously reconsidering. All is good to take money. Once money has been taken , all is very iffy.
