Earrings are beautiful and just the right size. Shipping is as really fast.
I purchased three white gold/peridot bracelets for my three daughters for Valentine’s Day. The bracelets were beautiful and of high quality. Highly recommend.
Every time I buy from Blue Nile the experience is awesome! My wife had diamond studs and she lost one. This purchase was to replace with a new set and they came with the Guardian backs. They shipped quickly and box presentation is always great!
Great products, price & service
Excellent sales person and great service!
They were even prettier in person, excellent purchase
product is 10% below advertised thickness - BN shaves gold off their rings to save money
Two diamonds fell out shortly after I purchased it. It was a final sale, but they should still honor the quality of their product. But they said it couldn’t be returned because it was a final sale. They lost me as a customer. I actually had also ordered a diamond tennis bracelet that hadn’t shipped yet and I canceled my order immediately.
Easy to use. I would like to see the jewelry on a model to get an idea of scale.
I love shopping with blue Nile. They make purchasing very easy
I’m still waiting for a refund of an item you received back on February 3, and waiting 8-12 weeks is TOO LONG!
Wonderful customer service
Fantastic experience, beautiful product. I’ve been put on a pedestal!
Took more than a month to do an exchange. Takes 3+ weeks to evaluate my returned item after receiving it. Had to call in multiple times, first to setup the exchange, and again as their system got confused anyway.
Terrible
Please develop a way to change the email on my account! I was told I had to create a new account, and that's just not smart.
This was my first purchase with Blue Nile and I’m not impressed. I followed all instructions and returned my jewelry the same day I received it in the mail. It was received at the warehouse over 3 weeks ago. Each time I inquire about the status of my refund and return I’m told something different. The first rep said it wound take 2 weeks from the date of return delivery to process the refund. That sounded long but fairly reasonable. I waited the 2 weeks, inquired again and was told it would be 4 weeks. It is clear that Blue Nile has no problem placing the burden on their customers due to their operational shortcomings. I did my part and now I don’t know if I’ll ever get my refund. This is a great way to lose customers. Beware that Blue Nile has no qualms about holding your money hostage for indefinite time periods.
My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at a Blue Nile store and were very happy with the experience. However, a few years later, my husband decided to buy me a special gift for my 30th birthday. We went to the store together and chose a pair of earrings. The associate told us they didn’t have the exact carat in stock, so they would need to ship them, with delivery expected in just a few days. After two weeks with no sign of the earrings, I contacted customer service. A few days later, they informed me the package had been lost and they would send a replacement. When it finally arrived, I noticed one earring was already broken—the clasp didn’t lock properly. I hadn’t even worn them yet. I returned to the store, where they said that since I had purchased the additional lifetime warranty, they could repair it. I asked why they couldn’t just send a new pair, but they claimed they didn’t have one available and that a repair would take 3–4 weeks. I left feeling frustrated. A few minutes later, I received an email from the same associate saying she had managed to secure a new pair and it would arrive faster. I was relieved—until about 1. 5 months later, when I got another email saying they had finally finished investigating the broken earrings and would ship “it” (presumably the repaired pair) in a few more weeks. We bought the earrings on December 6, and today is February 11—I still don’t have a wearable pair. This was meant to be a special birthday gift, and the whole process has been incredibly upsetting. The in-store associate provided poor communication, never apologized, and gave conflicting information about whether I’d get a new pair or the fixed one. I have no idea what’s going on with this brand anymore, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Blue Nile for anything beyond simple in-stock purchases after this.
My wife absolutely loves this gift I got her for our first daughter’s birthstone. The piece is simple but beautiful
I have had to wait for my purchases more and more lately. I ordered a Christmas present for my wife thinking it would have arrived by Christmas and it didn’t. I waited into the new year. Prior to that, an infinity diamond ring I got for my wife lost a diamond. Blue Nile said they couldn’t repair it and I was pretty much out of luck on a $10,000 ring. My wife still reminds me, the stone is missing.
