I was looking to buy a pearl bracelet for my daughter’s 30th bday and the bracelet in the store was mislabeled regarding size which then resulted in my order not being what I needed. Required me to then return the bracelet and purchase elsewhere because the correct size could not come in the needed time frame. I asked to purchase the bracelet I had tried on in the store but was told they could not sell me the items in the store. Very disappointing.

Recently me and my fiancé started the process of looking for a wedding band for our soon to be wedding. We weren’t sure what we wanted and it took a couple of visits to figure it out.
