Excellent service and quality of the products

Wanted a ring in a quarter size but it wasn’t an option on the dropdown. I talked to customer service and they told me it was no problem and that I should order the ring first then send it back to them free of charge for resizing. Of course, when I went to send it in for resizing I was told the other customer service rep had lied to me and the ring couldn’t be resized at all. I returned it and won’t be using Blue Nile again.
