The return is simple if you can get somebody to pick up the phone! I accidently ordered a bracelet and then a necklace, but I can't a hold of anybody to return the bracelet which the box has not even been opened!

The issue with the peridot bracelet that I purchased is the clasp with not open without using two hands and even then it is a bear. I will need to exchange it for another one.

Needed a different ring size 2 weeks after purchase. If I returned and got credit and then ordered a new ring I could have it in 2 weeks. But would have to pay the Dif in price I paid as was on black friday sale. But if I wanted even exchange it would take 4-6 weeks to get my new ring. Makes no sense

Earrings are ok, but more expensive than comparable from other vendors. Bought these ones as they were supposed to be shipped in time which did not happen. Now have something "ok" but could have had more special or could've been received in time as a gift due celebration.

The earrings and necklace stones are beautiful, but the necklace chain is very thin and the clasp is unusually small, making it difficult to put the necklace on and take it off.

Bought my wife beautiful diamond earrings for Xmas. The earrings were exactly as described, shipping was fast and package was quite elegant. It was a wonderful experience and I will shop Blue Nile again in the future.
