The product is all i expected and my fiancee love it. You have a great variety of great looking diamonds and your client service is always very helpful, but i think you need to find another company for the Shipping because UPS is not reliable.

The ear rings I bought for my wife were great but the presented timeline for delivary did not include the manufacturing time so it took longer than expected and barely made it in time for her birthday.

The design process was simple, the process was competitive, the delivery was on time, abs my fiancé loved the ring!

Diamonds are beautiful and bright. The stopper is hard to grab in my experience because the lock it’s so small (for the 1. 25 carat), it keeps slipping off my finger tips. But I like that it secures the earring in place decreasing risk of falling off your earlobe.

All around a very nice experience went in with no idea what I wanted and left with the perfect ring. Keelan Pierre did an amazing job at helping me find that ring and setting up the purchase. Very happy with my experience

The necklace is beautiful! I wasn't sure if 11 carats would be too much or not enough but it's perfect. I wanted something bold but not Gaudi and this is wonderful.
