The rep was helpful. I was looking for a duplicate of something we ordered a few years ago. The item was not on the website, but the rep looked it up, as it was under a different item number now. We reordered it and it came quickly and with the required information for diamond jewelry. It was nicely packaged in a sturdy box.

We’re on round 3 of ordering my husband’s replacement wedding band. Our mistake doe listening to the sizing info the reps have given us.

I absolutely love my ring! 💍 It is even more beautiful in person. The lab-grown diamonds have so much sparkle and look incredibly high quality, and the yellow gold setting is beautiful. I’m very particular about jewelry and wanted something elegant that didn’t look cheap, and this ring definitely exceeded my expectations. I did have to send it back to Blue Nile for resizing, and the process took a little patience, but their representatives were helpful and kept notes on my order regarding my requested delivery date. I received the ring back beautifully resized and in perfect condition. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The quality, sparkle, and craftsmanship are exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely purchase from Blue Nile again.

Not only are the earrings I picked out gorgeous, but the service that Alicia Zambrano gave me was wonderful. I had initially scheduled a consultation that was actually just outside of opening hours, and she was able to open the showroom 10 minutes early in order to honor our showroom spot. She was very kind on the phone and in person. Additionally, she was in the showroom when I went to go pick up my earrings, which I wasn't expecting! I would definitely return to Blue Nile, not only because if the quality of the earrings, but also because of the excellent service.
