Easy process.
I was very happy with my Blue Nile experience. I had never used the site before, so had reservations about buying my forever wedding ring from them. But no complaints whatsoever! The price of the ring was significantly lower than any of the local jewelers in NZ. Shipping was much faster than I expected, which gave me a big sense of relief as the purchase was an expensive one, and I was worried it might get lost in the mail. The packaging ensured the ring I purchased was totally secure. Above all, the ring was absolutely perfect! The quality was even better than I expected, and the size was 100% correct. Thank you for providing the ring I am happy to wear for the rest of my life.
I returned the item a few weeks ago, but I haven't received any emails regarding the return. It makes me feel insecure.
I bought a pair of earrings that were not in the best condition upon receipt. I returned them and was informed that it would take over a month to get a refund! Will not be shopping with you all again. Awful experience.
Earring purchase
Been terrible, got the ring and it was the wrong size, but I bought it as the customer service stated it was free to exchange. Been 2 weeks not trying to return and exchange and the process is broken. Bluenile went MIA and i have been left woth a ring that doesnt fit and cannot be altered (eternity ring). Terrible
Not trustworthy. Was informed that our engagement resizing would only take 3-4 weeks to do. Just got an email today (3 weeks later) informing me that it will be inspected on March 17th. Almost 6 weeks later! Additionally, this is due to an adjustment that was requested when it was first ordered that I was also told they would fix before shipping it to me and did not follow through. There is no communication between their sales department, customer service, and production line. It's like they are 3 separate entities that don't work in tandem. While it's unfortunate because the quality of their work on the rings are good the customer service and follow through on their promises are not.

The delivery delayed 4 days and from this situation I lost the suprice for the Valentine's Day. .
Your refund policy is horrible
Great experience shopping via BN! Loved the filter and favorites features that greatly helped me refine the search for stones and settings so I could eventually put together the perfect ring for my love. Quality control department ended up contacting me because they found something in their detailed review that required their further involvement and unfortunately then a delay to complete my order, but I must say I was truly impressed by their professionalism in dealing with this circumstance and all their further efforts to ensure I was happy with their resolution - and I am/was. I would suggest others don’t wait until the “last minute” to order your dream piece of jewelry because most/all is made to order - and their quality control department is serious and thorough - I don’t think they’ll ship anything unless it’s absolutely perfect. My engagement ring order took almost two months to deliver. (But an order of amazing bracelets came within a week. ) Needless to say, my significant other remains completely blown away by what she received and feel like I was treated unbelievably well by an informed, professional, detail-oriented team. Impressive product, impressive service and sales support.
Although I did end up buying my wife, a beautiful necklace, blue Niles, return, policy and practices are ridiculous. When I return A necklace on time, I was informed it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I could get a several thousand dollar refund to my credit card. Funny how that works! They demand payment upfront, and I have to wait a month and a half. Poor customer service!
Cancel my order. You pushed back the date so I bought it somewhere else. I will not accept delivery. You are too late.
I bought my wife diamong earrings for our anniversary. One of the guardian backs broke. Part of fhe mechanism fell out and it would not come off her ear. I asked for a replacement. I expected to return the broken back for a replacement. Instead they want me to ship both earrings back and have the post replaced. No idea why. I am windering if they are hoping I will just pay the 60 dollars for a replacement from another company rather than go through the hastle.
Why do you solicit feedback when you never respond and never accept any responsibility? This is a terrible company I will never order from again and will make sure to share my experience.
I used the chat feature to ask if there was a discount available and was told there was. I was connected to an agent who said there was no discount. She then said she was looking at the wrong account and had sent an updated link. It did not however have any discount. I was unable to continue spending anymore time on it.
Earrings are beautiful and just the right size. Shipping is as really fast.
