Service is excellent I had exchanged these for a different color and received them in less than a week very prompt response to emails

All on time please don’t add your green fee or rerun fee etc it’s put customer off also it’s very difficult to remove it at the checkout bag

My girlfriend recommended this brand and swore by her Birdies, so I was really excited to try them. It was a large investment for me so after I received them I wanted to try them on in my house and be sure I wanted to keep them. Ultimately I decided to keep them because they fit well and felt super cushiony at first impression. Today I took them out for the first time to do errands around the mall. I developed a fat blister on the back on my right heel within an hour, and blisters under both big toes. So sad and disappointed because they're so cute but I don't know how I'm going to be able to wear them around -- my feet hurt so bad after today.
