Shipping from Birdies is always reliable based on my experience over the years/ordering three pairs. Free returns is particularly useful when you buy a first pair in case you need to change size.

I own over 20 pairs of birdies. My only complaint is they make them in China so there's a lot of quality control issues with the shoes.
